Backstage News On John Cena & AJ Lee’s Beef With Vickie & Ziggler

– WWE Diva AJ Lee tweeted the following about John Cena attacking Dolph Ziggler on Friday’s SmackDown:

– We reported several weeks ago that WWE was interested in pairing John Cena with AJ Lee for a mixed tag program against Dolph Ziggler and Vickie Guerrero. With the recent return of Tamina, reports that the new plan would be for her to team with Dolph instead and for Vickie to be in their corner.

At one point there was talk of having the match take place at TLC, but the feeling is that a John Cena vs. Dolph Ziggler singles match is more of a draw and better for Ziggler’s push.

It’s possible WWE could feature the Cena & AJ vs. Ziggler & Tamina match on an upcoming episode of RAW to build more interest in the Cena vs. Ziggler PPV match.

Hey, there is a difference. Mae Young raped people. Well, except for Mark Henry of course.

ya the only thing I could think of when she and cena were making out was “well, seen this with Kane, DB, & Punk already, lets add cena to the list.” I’m so tried of this shit.

I hope I’m the last she is only ten years older than me and we have a lot in common.

She’s got a long way to go if she’s to beat out Missy Hyatt’s historic record. On or off the camera. ;)

damn, for a second I thought Cena & AJ had legit beef with Ziggler and Vickie backstage…didn’t think it was about the storyline haha (not sure if the title’s mis-leading or my lack of sleep is dumbing me down)…xD…anyways I’d rather see Cena vs Ziggler than the mixed tag match if I’m honest because it’ll probably be a better match and I think they’ll get AJ and Tamina involved somehow anyway…and another thing…with Dolph’s promo on Smackdown about Cena and AJ, is anyone slightly suspicious that Dolph and AJ are together somehow or is it just me? (like AJ getting with Cena was part of a plan she made with Ziggler to mess with Cena)…=S

WWE is hoping some of AJ’s momentum will rub off on Cena and make him cool again. But they don’t realize that they killed all of AJ’s momentum the moment they made her RAW GM.

They’ve already had AJ involved in romance storylines with Bryan, Kane, and Punk when it was fresh and entertaining. WWE is just beating a dead horse at this point. It’s been done already.

That said, I think Ziggler vs Cena could be a decent match if it’s a TLC match.

Tamina needs this push more than anyone else in the story; I’m glad for her possibly getting it.

This feud started out interesting, but now it’s just boring. I’m already tired of it. And that’s saying something because I’m hardly ever tired of a Cena feud.
