Prepping for the day that Solomonster won’t need SEScoops to promote him? Well, you certainly don’t promote his Layfield columns anyway. Ah, either way I look forward to checking this out.

    • hitman28

This podcast leaves much to be desired when compared to the solomonster

      • cappa37

        very true.

      • Vino Sinnathurai

lol listening to them say “nobody cares about Brock Lesnar” blew my mind! haha Do these guys live under a rock?

    • incaseoffireusestairs

This past sounds-off, I was wondering why doesn’t Solomonster link to the Layfield Report on his Sounds-off posts, as he does with his Email, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Itunes, Myspace, Google +, etc.

It’s like The Rock not mentioning WWE in his (out of wrestling) interviews.

Or Hogan not mentioning Impact, on HIS interviews…which both have done…and I BELIEVE solomonster has talked about it on his sounds of (The lack of promotion by Hogan)

      • Mr 561

Solomonster’s work at the Layfield report is separate from his work here at SEScoops

    • Mr 561

This has nothing to do with the Solomonster’s great podcast – it’s additional audio content for our readers. More to come.

I hope you’re not saying that this site will have 6-7 podcasts every week. It’s hard to keep up with too many of those. Even if you can have so many high quality shows, if it’s too many in quantity, it’s still not good.

  • incaseoffireusestairs

And so The Sunday Night War begins!!!

    • Vino Sinnathurai

      lol XD

  • fabian6sic6s

“On SeScoops I called live ppv’s on my own! SOLO! no color commentators dragging me down! Wasn’t done before me! Hasn’t been done since! ” – An enraged Solomonster

  • incaseoffireusestairs

I like to try things before I comment on them. I tried, and listened to this whole podcast. It SUCKS.

  • cappa37

Listened to it… really hard to get through, but I’ll give another shot. Maybe it was just a bad episode.

  • Dicknology

I wonder what The Solomonster is thinking right now?

  • Mrs. Foley’s Baby Boy

Harder to get through than a 3 hour RAW.

The problem with this podcast is there are too many people for there to be as much dead air silence as there was during the show. The show clocks in at about an hour and forty-five minutes and I would be willing to bet that at least 20 minutes of that was silence or just breathing. It seems like no one prepared anything for the podcast other than the regurgitation of the weeks “headlines”, including their Wrestlemania predictions which one would think that they would have had written down on a piece of paper so they could go through them.

Also, if the “host” says “Um, I Don’t Know” one more time as a finish to a sentence I am going to Um, I Don’t Know…SCREAM.

This is an April Fool’s joke! There is no such thing as “Because Wrestling” podcast. They have no links and Google search turns up nothing.

Hey all! My name is Steve, I’m the co-host of the show and I did just want to say that I appreciate a lot of the quality feedback I’ve read so far. Yeah, there’s a lot of “this sucks” stuff, but whatever.

First and foremost, I’m definitely not “competing” or trying to “compare” this show to Solomonster. That’s his stuff and I just hope to provide our own perspective and dynamic to the site, as we’ve been doing for the last 93 episodes.

Secondly, we’re not an April Fool’s joke! Just visit and you’ll see all of our shows, going back to “Bottom Line Live” – our old name – several years ago!

Lastly, I genuinely do value the feedback I’ve gotten here so far and would love to get as much more as we can. I’m already communicating some of the concerns to the rest of the team and if anyone has any suggestions or things they’d like to see from us, let me know!

And heck, maybe you all will like my solo, show. Anyway, thank you all for the feedback!

EDIT: Oh, and one more thing: I know this episode ran long, a good 1hr 40m, but that’s a bit abnormal. We came back after a week off and had a lot of stuff to go over, including WrestleMania predictions. Normally, we keep it around an hour. That’s all.

    • Mr 561

Steve – good luck with our very outspoken commenters!

      • gkickperry

Haha. No problem. I’m more than happy to hear anyone out who has something constructive to say. We’re already making changes based off of this feedback for future shows, stuff that needed to be changed anyway.

  • Benjamin

Eh. Tried it out. Made it an hour in and just couldn’t put up with it anymore – this guy has not found his podcaster voice yet.

    Sticking to Solomonster.

  • gkickperry

So I want to say, after reviewing the show a bit, I can definitely tell how folks wouldn’t like this one. I encourage anyone who didn’t like this episode – give us another shot! Episode 94 will be better, I promise!

Absolutely awful, sorry. So boring. Like listening to Mickey Mouse in slow-mo
