Numerous WWE Superstars offered their take on tonight’s WrestleMania XXVIII pay-per-view event through Twitter.

Epico: “There it is! I walked in to #wrestlemania as tag team champion and I leave as tag team champion!!!”

Howard Finkel: “Another W’Mania in the books! Kudos 2 R superstars 4 their efforts, and kudos to all of u who watched 2nite! And for me: 28 in a row! YES!!!”

Joey Styles: “Congratulations to @TheRock for winning his “Once in a Lifetime” #WrestleMania match with @JohnCena. 78,000 people exploded in Miami.”

      The mere fact that you have Cena/Rock behind the Divas match, Orton/Kane, and Teddy v John suggests you have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about. The fact that you have Long v John as the second best match of the night confirms it.

      As much as I loathe both Cena and The Rock, their match wasn’t that bad. You must have eggs for eyes.

    It wasn’t the worst, i’ll say that much. Number of matches were not going to attempt to steal the show. Taker/HHH was great to watch, along with Cena/Rock. Punk/Jericho was good imo, you’d have to look back on the build up to really accept it for what it is. I won’t touch on Daniel Bryan/Sheamus, as I have a mixed opinion. The Diva’s tag, along with Team Teddy/Johnny, I wasn’t going to get into that, especially considering the Mick Foley tease wasn’t to be believed. I didn’t care too much for the Show/Rhodes IC title bout, as it looked predictable for who was going to win it, and thinking about it now, the IC belt will never get its prestige back. Orton/Kane was ehh, and there was nothing to be gained for afterwards.

    I have no problem with Bryan losing the way he did. His character is a “me” first kinda guy. With the kiss to AJ he’s going to blame her. Break up for sure. Orton/Kane really to me always felt like “We have these 2 great stars..Damn no match for them”"let’s put one together quickly”. Rhodes/Show seemed like a tv match. Not much there. Divas…They’re at least letting them show they have talent slowly. Just don’t get the “outsider” to the business pinning 2 yrs in a row. Undertaker/HHH. Amazing. Old school psychology. Loved it. If only the newer generation could follow. Team Long/Johnny..it was alright. Predictable twist at the end seeing as The Miz has been nowhere lately. Punk/Jericho. Great match..just seemed to be lacking something but had an old school feel to it with the rest spots. Cena/The Rock. Though the Rock looked legit exhausted, he put on a great show. Cena as much as people hate him was awesome as well. Put his ego aside and took the loss. Going to be cool to see where it goes.
    Best to worst:
    Taker/HHH – Have to remember Taker is I think 47. HHH is in his 40′s. Lots of pain
    Punk/Jericho
    The Rock/Cena
    Team Teddy/Johnny
    Divas – At least Kelly Kelly stopped with the over the top screaming lol
    Orton/Kane and Show/Rhodes a tie. Nothing really special.
    I won’t even rank Bryan/Sheamus as it wasn’t a match..but it’s going to get better I bet.

    I like Zack, but anyone who put’s Hoeski at the end of their sentence or say’s Woo Woo Woo needs to see a Psychiatrist, Even if it is a gimmick. No one will ever take this man seriously as long as he keep’s that up. He is a very good wreslter, I just wish he would’t make a Cena-trya-wanna-be out of himself.

      I think the Undertaker will retire at 20-0. That was his swan song. That’s why he helped HHH and hugged HBK. The end of the era is done. All three are gone from tv from this day on.

      What are you talking Randy orton vs Kane match was pretty good team jonny vs team Teddy was kinda lame I would leave the triple h undertaker as the best of the night followed by punk Jericho and then cena rock overall it was a good wrestlemania

      How can ANYONE rank that Taker HHH mach that high???  The acting was complete garbage. 

      Shawn, like, crying?  What the hell was that?

      What was that crap?  That killed the match.  These guys are supposed to tell a story with their bodies, let JR, king and Cole talk.

      That was complete and total crap.  They RUNIED that match with the banter.

        I agree with you.  The constant chair shots killed the match.  It just got boring from that point on.  And Shawn Michaels was being a bitch throughout the entire match LOL  Pussies walked out hugging each other.

           The “Drama” aspect that was added to that match, was 100% directly in conflict of all 3 of their characters.

            Yeah, so much for the “Shawn is better than you” garbage.  That stuff played into the match in NO way.  The whole build for this match was basically forgotten.  Don’t get me wrong, I LOVED this match, but all of the build plot points were basically ditched.

        well I don’t know about all that, but I can see why u would be upset about how much ppl are excited about it. My problem was that it was exactly, EXACTLY the same match as WM27 except with a cage around it. And the Finish was the exact same as WM26… left me pissed.

          It was the same match as last year, in a cage, with some chick from the Lifetime channel altering the dialog.

    Miami fans booed Cena for wearing Celtic colors down here & I bet you that Boston’s fans booed him as well.On the real great job by both competitors.Cena still got put over in my opinion;Rock’s legend status was firmly cemented.

    Soz to say it but rock/cena – awful match. tbh I wasn’t expecting much with super cena involved but jeez not that bad. yes nice to c rock back but his survivor series match was better.

    hhh vs taker
    orton vs kane
    Kelly Kelly & Maria vs Beth & eve
    team johnny vs team teddy (tho disappointed with 1pin to win)
    punk vs jericho (had potential but failed)
    show vs body
    ……..n that’s it – don’t think u can call bryant vs sheamus a match (was lookin forward to it too)

    I’m sorry but the Miami crowd did not “EXPLODE” Mr. Styles. In fact, the Miami crowd did not react very much at all to the Cena/Rock match. It was more of a “whimper” than an explosion.
     
    The Miami crowd was one of THE lamest crowds in Wrestlemania history. Sure there were “Let’s Go Cena’Cena Sucks” chants but no “Boots to Asses” or “Rocky” chants and THIS was the guy’s hometown!!
     
     
    And the Eve/Zack thing was idiotic at best.
