Picture Of Mark Henry’s Amazing Weight Loss

During his time away from WWE, Mark Henry is working on dropping weight. He noted over the summer that he was down to 404 pounds and from the looks of these pictures, is well under 400 now. Henry is looking thinner than we’ve seen him in years and could be a new man by the time he returns to WWE television:

      His knees were going out b/c of his weight and career choice. How could you miss the huge knee braces he hobbled to the ring on every week? It was b/c of that, that Vince buying ECW was the best thing to ever happen to guys like Henry.

    No home but Mark Henry has a nice smile. No matter how much of a heel he plays in tge arena, i can always tell that he nd big show are 2 of the nicest people on the roster. I think it was ric flair was getting inducted into the HOF nd big show was crying his eyes out. Plus big show turning heel was so pointless, they just buried him but on another note much well-deserved luv nd respect to the WORLD’S STRONGEST MAN

      I had a chance to work as local ring crew for WWE Raw, after we set the ring up the WWE Divas came out to train in ring. For whatever reason Undertaker, Big Show, and Mark Henry all came out and were cracking jokes and slaping high fives, at one point Big Show was on the floor crying he laugh so hard. So after that im like these are the fun guys of wrestling.

    I’m happy for him. He needs to definitely lose some weight and get himself in good shap. Mark Henry has been wrestling for years and being his sides can become a huge heath issue. It’s a blessing that he was his size for so long and he had such a good wrestling career at his weight.
