Randy Orton Denies He’s Taking Time Off, New Video From The Shield, Del Rio & Rosa

- Randy Orton has responded to online reports that he’s going to be taking time off this year to deal with personal issues. Orton tweeted:

- Following Alberto Del Rio’s recent World Heavyweight title win, there is once again talk that he could be paired with Rosa Mendes.

- The Shield has recorded another video from an “undisclosed location” – sending a message to Randy Orton, Ryback and Sheamus. Here’s the latest from Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns:

    This is why fans can’t read too deep into the dirt sheets. It throws them off countless times. Perfect example was at Raw 20th Anniversary when everyone expected to see Taker, Bret, HBK & Stone Cold.

        I understand, I meant some fans only expected them to be there just because they read about them being in attendance. Unfortunately, HBK & SCSA had obligations and could not attend, people took it personal and got on them about it. I found that unfair, Undertaker I think it is best to save him until Mid February, early March. Don’t have him appear just to show like they did at Raw 1000 and make him disappear. When he comes back, he’ll be inserted into an actual storyline. As for Bret, I don’t know the reason why he didn’t show.

    Now WWE can fully go ahead and turn Orton heel. It’s what he’s better at. It’s what we want and it’s what he wants. Let’s hope WWE wants to turn him heel too.

        But the question is…………how oh how do they turn him heel. Take out a top face right now? Have him take out maybe JR (if hes there) in a post match interview after a loss? You gotta have Orton take out someone who the fans will just hate and want to kill Orton.

          If it’s gonna happen by attacking a top face, then he’s gonna have to REALLY attack them. Orton is so popular that simply using his finisher on somebody doesn’t change anyone’s views on him. They’ll still cheer for him if he RKOs John Cena. So he’d have to really beat the hell out of somebody for a heel turn to work.

      If it’s a turn because of Orton and Sheamus having ego and pride problems with each other then that would be a stupid way to turn him heel…..but hey…whatever, as long as he’s heel.

      I think Sheamus will eliminate Orton in the Rumble
      and then Orton will probably be the cause of sheamus’s elimination either by RKO or getting in the ring again and throwing him out either way
      IMO heel turn for orton at RR

    Ha, so much for that rumor. It looks like we’ll be getting that Orton heel turn after all. As for the Shield, cool promo although Rollins still needs to work on his talking.

      I hope he does turn heel. But I’m at a loss as to how they’ll do it. They can’t turn him on Sheamus or Ryback I don’t believe. Can’t turn him on Cena. Not sure if they even could on Rock. So who’s left or how does it get done?
