more proof that cena does not bring ratings.
you screwed the pooch vince and hhh. you buried the hottest thing since Steve Austin and the ratings and ppv buys prove it.
randy orton is simply boring and john cena is way past played out.

    • Bushwald Sexyface

I agree about Cena but disagree entirely about “the hottest thing since Steve Austin” and “the ratings and ppv buys prove it”. The ratings held steady with Cena gone as did the PPV buys. They didn’t increase dramatically at all. The mistake they made was choosing to rush Cena back because they had nothing creatively for the younger, soon-to-be-if-they-dont-keep-screwing-up major stars they have. And Orton doesn’t hurt the ratings at all. He’s proven that over the past couple of years.

I honestly wish they would just go back to the ol brand split days I mean everything was better back then.

  • Y2J

I guess the Mcmahons all over my tv are not what’s “Best For Business”

I really hate the idea of one belt again. It’s stupid. They should of done a Orton Vs Punk feud for that title. Punk and Orton both have history with each other. Punk has history with Triple H and family, so that could of been something right there. I would of loved to see Dolph get back into the main event picture. A Cena Vs Dolph feud would of been nice. Heel Dolph is still face Dolph because people love the guy. I mean its just like CM Punk. Anyone of them could smack an old lady in the front row and we would all love it for some sick twisted reason.

you and me both brother. its disappointing things looked so great only 4 months ago

    • heterosexual

and cena and orton have history too…this line of thinking doesn’t work out unfortunately

    • Aperture

At Wrestlemania, WWE could of had CM Punk win the WHC and Daniel win the WWE Championship. Then after Daniel wins CM Punk comes out and celebrate with him.

      • jccox01

        lol, no

        • Aperture

          Do you have an idea?

          • Y2J

They never do, they just like to bash the “iwc” like they’re not even part of it.

          • jccox01

It’s not even that, why would they even do that? it has already been done if you guys are new to watching wwe

          • Harry Be

Just cause you comment on here doesn’t mean you’re IWC….Unless you do it regularly.
            Gtfo with that corny sh!!t

          • Y2J

Well this is the internet…we’re on a wrestling site…and this looks like a community…sooo what would you call it?

          • Aperture

Did you make a IWC account just to bash the IWC? Because now you apart of us!

            Congrats on contradicting yourself!

      • Reality

Or have WHC Punk vs WWE champ Daniel Bryan main event Mania in an iron man match….

    • The Esteemed

As an old head, I loved the days of only having three belts. It made each of them worth a lot more. Of course you didn’t have as many headliners back then either. I’ll really miss seeing Big Gold though.

  • Ninjastar

Ratings are low this week , because i turn off Raw within the first 10mins and played GTA5 instead , I saved 3 hours of my life this week , YES! 2.65 LMAO!! getting pretty close to a TNA vs RAW in ratings war . Atleast tna’s ratings stay steady pretty much every week , raw’s just keep going down and down , The rise and fall of WWE coming out in 2015

    • Still real to you

tna scored a 0.7 rating this week with 800,000 viewers, sorry but they are growing further apart not getting closer.

  • Aperture

Triple H is going to bring his shovel out and grab both of the belts…

  • Bad News Buzzard Follower

didnt they have a champion of champions in a video game a few years back? sd vs raw 2010 i think hunter won it.

    • William Martin

in the game it was John Cena vs. Big Show vs. Triple H in a Special Iron Man Match at Wrestlemania for The Champions Of Champions Title, in the Brand Warfare section of The Road To Wrestlemania Mode, The Champions Of Champions Title was also in WWE’12

      • Bad News Buzzard Follower

ok i knew it was something like that thanks

        • William Martin

          No Problem

  • Bushwald Sexyface

That’s what happens when you choose to put John Cena back in the main event scene. Dumbest move they could have made, especially after the momentum they were carrying into Summerslam. Cena should not have come back until the Royal Rumble.

    • WCWPunk

100% agree. Also an idiotic move to totally take Daniel Bryan out of the main event picture. He along with CM Punk is the most over superstar on the roster. Cena is overrated.

  • WCWPunk

Remember Survivor Series 2011. Although The Rock was in the main event, WWE blames The Miz for low buyrates. This year, SummerSlam 2013, although Brock Lesnar took on CM Punk, The Beast vs The Best, who does WWE the blame for low buyrates? Daniel Bryan. WHEN THE SHOE DOESN’T FIT, YOU BLAME THE OTHER FOOT #EPICFAIL

  • steven harris

Wait a minute. I thought Bryan was to blame. The main fued with the faces of wwe still can’t draw, so maybe Bryan’s not really the one to blame here.

  • darthjebus666

Is Triple H a good guy or bad? I don’t think he can make up his mind. Orton is the heel but it’s like he’s trying to mess with him. At least when vince was heel & had the rock & stone cold heel champion you knew vince had there back & wanted them champion

  • darthjebus666

Making one wwe champion & getting rid of us champ I think is a great idea. Remember before all the wcw invasion when there was just the 2 belts & meant something but you also had proper feuds with no titles involved with good stories to them for the other guys. No ppv with just sticking 2 guys together at the last minute to wrestle

  • darthjebus666

I think there is too many ppv because they are to close together. They try to drag out a story for 2 months, which isn’t a bad thing if its a good story, but in that 2 months they have fought 3 times at 3 ppv which people get tired off. Why pay for a 3rd ppv when you have already paid twice to see them. They also need to get rid of the themed ppv like tlc & hell in a cell. Make it a surprise when these type of matches could be made

  • johanx841

HHH , you don’t need to vow to crown your new champion……you will do anything to make your puppet Randy Orton as the champ……….!!!

  • Kings of Wrestling

Feud with Shield and The Wyatts would bring ratings. Faction vs Faction just like the good old days of wrestling.

  • dae

A three hour RAW with 1 1/2 hour of commercials and filler…
I can’t imagine why RAW isn’t doing so great anymore (especially against football)…
I’ve been DVRing WWF/E programming for over a year now and don’t see myself watching it live anymore because there’s more filler than substance. I’m willing to bet a bunch of fans could create an episode of RAW and Smackdown better.

  • fatneal

there should only be 6 ppvs a year(mania, rumble, summerslam, survivor series, money in the bank, elimination chamber)…..also i originally thought cena/orton would grab a belt but now after seeing steph try to put hhh over as a great on raw and hearing him say “the king of kings will crown a champion” with that subtle smirk i think hhh will be champ and im cool with that

  • trickedbayou

Well, little wonder the viewership is down, ie last PPV. Orton (Mr. Dull) vs Big Show (when is the last time Show won a match that actually mattered ),,, Cena vs Del Rio for the umpteenth time,,, Punk & Bryan mid-card (both of whom who should have been in the title matches) (Guess the big plan for Bryan was to be “kidnapped the night night on Raw”). Time to get rid of “The Authority” ,maybe send Kane back to “Anger Management Classes, get an actual GM and give us decent matches and storylines. WWE is soon going to be fighting to stay above TNA in the ratings
