The 300,000 that tuned out at the end missed one of the best main events in a long time. Their loss. #BestInTheWorld #Cenation

It was a good match, but they’ve had alot better matches together IMO. Best part of the match for me was the finish featuring the Cena-canrana lol. Even though it looked terrible, I give him props for trying something new.

Cena and Punk have never had a better match than their last on RAW. Never.

Their matches at MITB 2011 and Night of Champions were alot better IMO.

Hell NO! Lmao those matches were good but not better than RAW lol it was an amazing match on RAW no Cena vs. Punk match has topped it before.

“Aconcagua is technically an easy mountain if approached from the north” – Well JBL should destroy this mountain easy, seeing as though a 10 year old and 87 year old have done it. :P Good luck JBL!

Also, great Raw! I’d give it a 3.4-5

behind pawn stars? not one of those pawn stars is either god or the best in the world

Interesting to note but didn’t wwe get 2 of the highest ratings recently on shows where the Rock wasn’t there?

    • http://twitter.com/AJCampbellNYG Andrew Campbell

Rock’s segments on the shows he appeared on were the highest rated segments of the episodes he was featured on. For example, Rock’s segment last week featuring the new title unveiling gained approximately 500,000+ viewers and his segment the previous week gained a similar amount.

The overall rating for the entire 3 hour show isn’t going to be high if the rest of the show is losing viewers as it drags the entire rating down.

Rock is drawing and is therefore doing his part. WWE just needs to find away to keep viewers interested in the rest of the show.

      • Kris Mystery

Yes Andrew this is true… However with that being said they still did a higher rating this week from last week without Rock being there. Higher ratings indicates more viewers so it would seem that people liked certain parts of this show as well. My guess is Lesnar is bringing in as many viewers..possibly more.

        • Fighter

When the card is stacked, yes you’ll get better ratings. When you’re advertising the main event match, a week ahead, where the winner goes to Wrestlemania to face The Rock for the WWE Championship and that main event match features John Cena and CM Punk (they’ve never had a bad match, most of their matches has been epic and it’s free t.v. this time around) and also Vince fighting Paul Heyman which turned out in a complete brawl between Triple H and Brock Lesnar, which led to seeing the most blood since “Bleeding” was banned from WWE, then yes the ratings will go up. Rather than having a show, which revolves around The Rock’s championship celebration.

          • Fighter

I should also note, the closer we reach to Wrestlemania, ratings typically continue to go up. People probably was also anticipating The Undertaker’s return as well on Raw, due to the fact it was in Dallas and Undertaker showed up and wrestled at a House Show. You got to add all these factors in as to why the ratings was higher than Raw, post Elimination Chamber. Which was also a high rating Raw.

    Ranked behind Pawn Stars LOL

Ironically the Pawn stars show probably has some ex wrestler or something on it (no I don’t watch tv — it just seems like a perfect fit for a retired midcarder)
