hulk-hogan

According to a recent report by The Examiner, WWE Hall Of Famer and WWE have come to a “verbal agreement” that would see Hogan return to the company in 2014.

The following is an excerpt from the article:

“WWE Examiner learned exclusively on Thursday from a trusted WWE source that Hulk Hogan is officially back with World Wrestling Entertainment.

Although Hogan has reportedly refused to sign a typical “legends contract,” there is said to be a verbal agreement in place between Hogan and WWE that will result in Hogan returning to WWE programming possibly early in the new year.

There is even talk of Hogan returning as a surprise entrant in the .

“We knew this would happen at some point,” the source tells Examiner. “It’s my understanding that there isn’t a contract in place, but there’s a verbal agreement that will move forward. It’s just a good fit for everybody involved, especially with the milestone 30 coming up. Hogan needed to finish up his stuff with TNA and just come home.”

      • brad

Correction hogan is a hall of famer the star of the 80’s and most of the 90’s and one of the biggest icons in not only wrestling but the entire world.

        • troonerniggers

And you’re just a f@ggot with no life lol

          • brad

Correction. Everyone has a life were all living it and I’m sry ur just another little kid who knows nothing about wrestling and probably just hates hogan cause u read tht other kids hate him pathetic ur nothing more than a bandwagon. You know what I’m sry ur a little butt hurt from the other night lighten up dogg what’s with all the negativity these days dang. Anyway I’m sry u don’t agree with what I said because I’m not just trying to put out my personal opinion on hogan cause he’s not even in my top twenty I’m just saying what is fact bro weather you like it or not hogan was the biggest star of the 80s and most of the 90s just accept it brother he is one of the biggest icons in history and you can hate on him all you want and say all you want but at the end of the day you know I’m right and your wrong so don’t even try to argue with me cause by the sound of it that’s what you like to do am I right of cousre I am. Just accept it bro your thoughts are irrelevent and maybe its you who shouldn’t have a life for telling other people they have no life grow up and mature dogg ur worthless.

          • troonerniggers

TLDR f@ggot get a life lol

          • brad

Really thts ur comeback ha you made my day dogg. Have a nice day by the way :-)

          • MohammadAbulawi

no one say’s “dogg” anymore, so if you say it, you make you self look stupid.

          • brad

            I still say dog dogg

          • yrabadi

            You and Bookah! KING BOOKAAHHHHH!

          • brad

You got that right dogg. Now can you dig that sucka

          • yrabadi

Though technically Bookah is more about the DAWG.

          • Aperture

Don’t scoop down to his level Brad. Mr. Trooner is just a troll. This is a wrestling website. We discuss about wrestling and the extensions of it. If he doesn’t want to do that then screw him.

          • brad

O don’t worry bro I won’t that’s why I said I’m not gonna reply to sum troll tht has nothing better to do than troll people but yea totally agree I’m here to talk some wrestling all the way I love reading coments and hearing what other people here have to say I just had to make a point to him that hogan was a big star even though I’ve never been to much of a fan of his.

          • Aperture

Awesome. I am still kinda of new to this thing. I hate trolls, though. They always come along and cause a rage when we are healing and things are getting better. His username is extremely disrespectful. I hate the use of that word. I made an oath to myself a year ago to never say the N word again. I have kept my promise and it will not stop now. Thanks Brad for being a understanding person.

          • brad

Yea his username is really disrespectful but don’t let him or any of the trolls on here get to you he is really immature. The thing is you can’t let people get to you he is one of those guys who gets some kind of sensation arguing with other people over the internet and that’s not me. I just enjoy commenting and reading and replying to other peoples comments giving some of my personal in site you know, but in all honesty all I was trying to do was say that hogan was the biggest star of the 80’s most of the 90’s until Austin and rock and one of the all time biggest names in pro wrestling and he try’s to rain on my parade and say that I have no life. First of all hogan is huge and second I love pro wrestling and am proud of it and it really makes me mad when people say you have no life, because we all have a life and we can all chose what to do with are life’s and what’s to get into, me I’m just a humble chilled guy who enjoys some professional wrestling.

          • Aperture

You are totally right about Hogan. I would say Hogan, Piper, Slaughter, Andre the Giant, Flair, Warrior and Savage were the Kings of the 80’s. I general, Hogan was the Master of the 80’s and an Icon still to this day. Pro Wrestling is awesome. People will find their passion and they will find a way to make life worth living. I have been watching WWE since I was 4 years old. I love Pro Wrestling and I am extremely passionate about it. I buy the merchandise and the tickets, but I wish the mainstream products (WWE, TNA, etc.) were better so more people can relate to why we love wrestling.

          • stormgreyeagle

now now boys.be good or Ill take your fleshlights away

          • troonerniggers

Oh and kid? Im probably older than you you sad little c*nt i guarantee you’re about 12 years old and like what every f@g on the internet tells you to like.

          • brad

I’m not even gonna reply to you anymore like I said your irellevant and I’m sry you don’t agree with me thank you funk you bye.

          • yrabadi

Pst… Gotta stop feeding the trolls. The guy is in denial is all. Confused. He’ll come out of the closet when he’s ready. Leave him be.

        • Andrew Campbell

The guy is everything you said, but there’s a time when he just needs to hang it up and stay away from the business.

Rock and Austin knew when to walk away. Hogan needs to aswell. I’m sure if he left and gave people time to miss him, some fans might be glad to see him make the occasional appearance.

          • brad

Well I agree to an extent, likei said hogan has never been a favorite of mine or anything like that, but you can’t argue that the guy is one of the biggest names in pro wrestling right behind Austin and of course Dwayne. I just think if he comes back it should be at wm 30 at quiet possibly the biggest wm of all time. I’m not saying he should stay Long term, well maybe like behind scenes and every now and then show up for an appearance, but I think if hogans gonna come back for one more little run one more match more specifically it needs to be now cause the guy doesn’t have much left in the tank.

          • Buzzard Follower

Thats reasonable. Im not going to lie as a kid i would be hyped for hogan and as i got older i respected him but he wasn’t a favorite of mine compared to rock austin hbk and even hunter. Hogan helped take two companies to heights they never seen before (you know before he began to be a catalyst to wcws destruction and wwe’s steroid case) he deserves credit but at the same time hes vastly overstayed his welcome

  • Pay_Per_View

    HULKAMANIA IS RUNNING WILD…. zzzzz

    • ddp

running wild is a german metal band formed in ’76, they shd sue hogan for using that catch phrase

  • A Realist

The Examiner? Was The Sun too busy to report this?

They also claimed last year that WWE and Goldberg came to terms, and we all know how that turned out. Until “Real American” blares out of the speakers during a WWE event, don’t believe one word of it.

  • God’s Diamond

Yea hope that verbal agreement is better than the one with lex luger in 1995. Last time he came back hulkamaniacs were young adults, hopefully they’ve left the bandwagon and hh jobs to d bry. Though I doubt it

  • Joe Hundley

He will be the guy who is letting Big Show in.

  • 8 year old boy

Uhhh we already have a superman Brother!

  • brad

Hopefully hulkamania will run wild one more time brother.

  • Jeff

You can all deny it but i bet your ass you’ll probably piss your pants when you here his entrance music pop up any given time in WWE

    • pwnez

      No.

    • fatneal

      yup… i cant wait

    • SOBI

      If HOGAN vs CENA happens
I’d be cheering for either the Referee or Hogan 😀
or (never gonna happen) Heel Cena

      • yrabadi

Unlike Cena/Rocky I, at least the right man would go over.

        • ddp

          go suck on cena’s d*ck

          • yrabadi

Then blackmail him for millions? Doesn’t sound like a bad idea.

    • ballz

to be perfectly honest never a big hogan fan. drop the leg and boot then leave sorry not my favorite even as a kid so please stop instigating.

      Bully free zone.

    • Andrew Campbell

Speak for yourself. Never liked Hogan, never will.

  • captaindaddy72

    Welcome back brother lol

  • Jack
    • stemwinder

      Whats the point?

  • aweCM1

    Ugh…

  • matthew

    welcome back Hogan

  • Jack
  • Buzzard Follower

to be honest if hogan shows up in the rumble the pop will be huge. but until i see the red yellow and crippled on wwe programming i wont believe it

    • yrabadi

No doubt. It’s the smartest thing they can do. Let him come in at a later number, and someone eliminates him toward the end… or someone could jump him before he even gets to enter… That way he doesn’t have to take the eliminating bump.

  • Asgeorge1991

Look, I know everyone bashes Hogan and he really needs to stay out of the ring, that’s for sure. But I will admit seeing Hogan at WM30 will be really cool considering this will be the biggest WWE of all time. As it should be.

    • Ninjastar

Hogan made wrestling and Cena is the one carrying it today , so Cena vs Hogan would be epic to see at WM30

      • yrabadi

Would be interesting, no doubt… I’d be curious to see how long that match goes though… Lot’s of taunting and a slow pace… Have Hogan hit a boot and a leg drop for his big moves… I’d go home happy.

        • Ninjastar

          totally agree ,

      • http://www.sescoops.com/ Mr 561

Absolutely – that’s my vote for Hogan’s role at WrestleMania 30 .. Who else is John Cena going to fight, Randy Orton? The Undertaker? No thanks. Hogan vs. Cena has “WrestleMania 30 Special Attraction” written all over it

  • Ninjastar

Finally someone to look forward to on Raw besides Cena . Im excited to have Hogan back . A lot of changes happening in the wrestling world lately , us fans need wrestling shaken up a bit . We need change !!!

    • Bushwald Sexyface

We need change in regards to youth. Not a guy that could shatter like glass from taking a minor bump.

  • straight_edge

im sure wwe will do something to celebrate the 30th anniversary of hulkamania (1984-2014) come out with a dvd or something and then Hogan should retire.

    • Mike Farris

WWE can do a 30th anniversary of Hulkamania DVD without Hogan being in the company. Come on WWE owns 98% of his Career Footage. they dont need hogan under contract to do a hogan DVD

I mean WWE did a Ultimate Warrior DVD in the past few years. and Warrior isnt under a WWE Contract

      • straight_edge

all im saying is if he does come back, and i dont see the point why he would come back but if he does it will be a good opportunity for the wwe to do something about the 30th anniversary of hulkamania with him there he can help promote the dvd or what ever it may be to increase sales. And as for the ultimate warrior dvd they didnt need him at the time because all they did was bash the warrior and made him look bad, he was gonna sue them for it

  • Bushwald Sexyface

    Please be false.

  • Mubashwer

HULKAMANIA VS CENATION AT THE BIGGEST STAGE OF ‘EM ALL… DAMN IT.. THE CONCENTRATION OF STAR POWER AND CHARISMA IS TOO MUCH!

  • Keith Kaleo Limos

Well… At least he doesn’t have any creative control…. So having him back for Wrestlemania would be good for business.

  • Tom_1134

Hogan wins the Rumble. Calling it.

  • Bam Bam

I Figured Hogan would be smart and get that in ink and signed than just a verbal agreement. Me personally wouldnt trust a verbal agreement even if you’re not gonna do the legends contract still get when you’re gonna show up in ink.

    • yrabadi

It’s probably verbal at this point, but when they come closer to the actual dates they’ll get it in ink. There’s no way a guy like Hogan is gonna work on a verbal agreement.

  • ballz

we will give you 50 dollars or nothing, or u u can go back to tna
ill take the 50 and sign that contract.

  • Black Berry

here we go again for seeing hogan ripping off his shirt again and again
