Ric Flair’s Role In WWE, TNA Mourns The Passing Of Paul Bearer
- Following Ric Flair’s return to WWE television on Monday’s RAW, don’t expect the 2-time Hall of Famer to do much physical action in his future appearances.
Flair threw a few chops at Big E Langston on RAW and did his post-match celebration where he strutted around and gave elbow drops to the canvas, but WWE is still concerned about Ric Flair’s health following the blood clot he suffered last month in Japan.
- TNA posted the following on their website this morning:
“TNA joins the entire wresting world in mourning the passing of Bill Moody – better known as Paul Bearer in WWE as the manager of The Undertaker, and Percy Pringle during his time with TNA. Throughout his career, Moody was one of the most respected veterans in professional wrestling. He will be missed by millions of fans around the world, as well as his friends that worked with him in both WWE and TNA.
