The Solomonster

  • Jeff

WWE Today is full of alot of new superstars,The fans miss the old stars and that’s why both shows lack star power.

  • Peer Pressure

I’m not gonna listen to this guy talk about wrestling for 1 hour and 32 minutes. How much people did Raw draw that night?

    • IKeepsit100

You lazy idiot, how about you go look it up on your own? Some of us listen to Solomonster because it’s better to have a recap of what happened that week ON OUR FREE TIME.

      • Peer Pressure

Why are you calling me names little buddy. That’s not nice.

        • Mr_Shrimp_Vendor

He jealous of your afro. ;)

          • Peer Pressure

That’s Ike Turner bro. LOL! He’s the greatest black man off all time.

          • IKeepsit100

i doubt this guy is even black

    • Coltcabunny

I see Jim Ross is posting on here now.

      • Peer Pressure

        I don’t get it?

  • Two Cents

    I blame The Miz.

    • 7 year old boy

That joke ran out a while ago buddy.

      • Two Cents

So did blaming kids and Cena for PG, yet here you are.
Also, it’s no joke when it’s true. Had there been a proper main event and show instead of Miz TV, the ratings, I’m guessing, would have been a bit better. Not much, but still better.

    • morrisonfanone

I would’ve thought his face run would gain viewers, but I guess not.

      • Two Cents

A lot of people backed the decision and liked Miz turning Heel. I think it was a good change of pace to further him along, but he hasn’t done much since Survivor Series except Miz TV. I recall the possibility of having him feud with Antonio Cesaro. Despite Miz’s lack of wrestling prowess, he is actually capable of putting on a decent ground and pound match, which not many people seem to notice all that often due to it being The Miz, himself. If he were to feud with Cesaro, I think it would help the two grow with giving Cesaro a push toward coming up in the ranks and Miz the opportunity to show that he is capable of taking a beating and giving one right back.

        • morrisonfanone

I know. It’s so strange that when Miz was a heel he got push after push. Now all he’s got is MizTV.

  • Andrew Campbell

Ratings falling is a GOOD thing. Hopefully it will light a fire under Vince and the writers to stop feeding the audience crap and put together a decent wrestling show. Major changes need to happen.

    • Vince

The writers can only some up with things that only VINCE approves. They could come up with kick-ass storylines but if Vince doesn’t want it, it’s not happening. Vince is the one ultimately to blame, not the writes.

    • cappa37

Not writers fault. You can’t expect them to make chicken soup out of chicken shit. Whoever is in charge of talent has set up this company to fail. They filled the WWE roster and development roster with indy guys. They should be finding guys like Ziggler and Rhodes instead of lifetime indy losers like Ambrose and Rollins. Mark my words, these indy guys will cripple this company.

      • Hellaluyeah

You kidding? “Superstars” like Rhodes are part of the reason I don’t watch RAW anymore. The guy is neither a great wrestler nor good on the mic. His feuds hardly interrest me. So why exactly have more people like him? I’ll give Dolph Ziggler that he is a good wrestler and gives a great effort every time he steps in the ring. When it comes to charisma though, he lacks a lot. So again: another guy, who can’t make me care about his feuds. When it comes too wrestling two thing matter: in-ring-action and story-telling. WWE is lacking in the latter…….a lot. Sure a lot of the talent they have right now is not especially good at telling the stories, but I don’t understand how you can not blame the writers at least partially. Just look at the story lines they have brought us in the last few years! Not even the Rock could sell those as decent….

    • morrisonfanone

They can only do so much given that Vince (from what I hear) is very hard to please. I say get rid of Super Cena and make new interesting feuds.

  • Solmonster’s Turd Tapper

  • Drpepper

Good Job Salamander You realize this is not real Right?

  • Guest

What? Ok a maint event for the title on Raw may be good for ratings. But how good is it to make Punk look weak just before facing the Rock? PPVs after PPVs, Punk is losing his credibility as the champ, and despite he’s a heel, he shouldn’t. So there’s a limit to that, he should have had other and clean title defenses additionally to his matches against Ryback. Make Punk have a clean win against Cena one more time. Or a non-title match win against Sheamus.

  • bigLo

Tired of same storylines being repeated …its easy to tell what’s gonna happen week to week; so why watch nothing changes need more wrestling less talk

    • morrisonfanone

That’s exactly my point. I’ve been saying that for so long now.

  • RealKRone88

For starters, useless segments like WWE-Soup can stop airing. In fact, don’t even post it on Youtube, it’s just that pointless. Then to do better, quit showing AJ and Cena in a storyline that no one is going to care about.

    • Bushwald Sexyface

Oh yeah, taking away a show on Youtube will fix it!

      • morrisonfanone

YouTube and Tout should have nothing to do with WWE.

        • Bushwald Sexyface

I disagree. I think WWE was brilliant in adding each to their business model considering social media is what is “it” these days. They have to keep up with the times and are doing so in terms of technology and online programming.
