Strong Opening Weekend For “The Call”, SmackDown Backstage Fallout
- WWE Studios’ “The Call” starring Halle Berry and featuring David Otunga is having a strong opening weekend, grossing $6.2 million in its opening day.
The film is projected to make $16.7 million for the opening weekend, which would give it the #2 spot at the box office, behind Disney’s “Oz The Great And Powerful” and ahead of the new “Incredible Burt Wonderstone” comedy starring Jim Carrey and Steve Carrell as rival Vegas magicians.
