Superstar Billy Graham Talks About His Health, CM Punk, Chris Jericho & More

Arda Ocal of theScore Television Network and Layfield Report spoke with “Superstar” Billy Graham in his first interview since overcoming double pneumonia. Highlights:

-How his health is and how close he came to death.

“I was just released from the world famous Mayo Clinic Hospital just 2 days ago actually last Thursday from the flu which turned into double pneumonia, which is fluid in each lung and then congestive heart failure. I feel very good, excellent really. I’m back painting. (Doctors) told me about another 10 more days before I can get back in the gym”

-How often he works out.

-How he keeps busy with his painting.

-If his health scare affected his perspective on life. Also looking back on his life if it has changed any animosities he may of had in the past.

-Not actually having heat with CM Punk and Chris Jericho, and how he feels about his comments after going through his health scare

“I know that Chris Jericho has never really cared for me, really basically from day one, but anyway I was very shocked (by his comments), I was just trying to make a observation of how things have evolved in professional wrestling with body types. I meant no harm or disrespect to CM Punk whatsoever because he’s a hard worker and dedicated.”

-Did CM Punk contact him directly about the statements?

    • Adementedjim

A really STUPID Cena fan, who knows nothing about wrestling’s history. Graham was the (then-WWF) Champ from 1977-78, winning the belt from Bruno Sammartino and losing it to Bob Backlund, AND is a WWE HOFer.

A perfect ending for next week’s Raw would be if Punk, Lesnar, Heyman, the Shield, Maddox, and Vince were all in the ring and they were trying to get Vince to expose who was the anonymous source that had the footage of Heyman, Shield, and Maddox.Vince and Heyman would bystanders since Vince is undergoing surgery. Then HHH’s music hits then it would be and be 6 on 1, then Cena’s music hits to make it 6 on 2, the Sheamus’ music hits to make it 6 on 3, the Orton’s music hits to make it 6 on 4, then Ryback’s music would hit to make it 6 on 5, then Rock’s music hits to even things up. The faces fight off the heels leaving only Rock, Cena, and Heyman in the ring. Cena hits Heyman with the AA, then Rock goes for the People’s Elbow since Heyman was attacking Rock at RR.Then suddenly Cena does what Punk did at Raw 1000 and completely takes Rock’s head off with a monstrous clothesline. This leads to an onslaught with Cena relentlessly punching and kicking Rock. Then he does the STF since its seems like a more merciless move than the AA. Also mind you next week’s Raw is Atlanta so Cena could say he did it cuz WM27 was in Atlanta, Rock was fresh off a return, host of WM27, and screwed Cena in the main event of WM27 for the WWE title so that would be a perfect time to get his revenge. Thus, the long awaited John Cena heel turn would be imminent.

nice idea but…… what in the hot hell does that have to do with the article?

Cena’s already turned heel. It’s just that not everybody can see it yet.
