-- TNA is interested in acquiring Ric Flair as they have sent out feelers through part-time announcer Hermie Sadler, who runs the UWF indy promotion, which often books TNA talent. However, Flair signed a one-year non-compete clause when he got his release from WWE with it pretty much meaning that he couldn't jump to TNA.

-- TNA management was said to be irate when they learned about the interview Kurt Angle did with the UK Sun 2 weeks ago. Angle was very critical of the TNA product, saying the company relied to much on run-ins and overly-complicated gimmick matches. Despite TNA's unhappiness, they are still turning this situation in a storyline and Jeff Jarrett will address Angle's interview on this week's TNA iMPACT!
