Undertaker Health Update & Why He Was In Nashville, USA #1 Again

- The USA Network was the #1 rated cable channel in prime time again last week, averaging 2.78 million viewers. Disney ranked #2 with 2.43 million, with Syfy at #15 with 1.22 million and Spike at #23 with 795,000. The three hours of RAW last week were the 4th, 5th and 7th most-viewed hours on prime time cable.

- As of this week, the Undertaker’s status for WrestleMania 29 remains 50/50. After being spotted in Nashville on Sunday night, site of Monday’s RAW, it’s believed that Undertaker was in town to meet face-to-face with Vince McMahon to discuss his physical condition and his status for WrestleMania. The Dead Man has undergone several major surgeries since last year’s WrestleMania and we should have a much better idea as to his status after next week’s RAW.

    taker needs to rest and get better, but yes wrestlemania will not be the same without him. i really wanted to see Jericho vs Taker. it would have been such a good storyline. check out their matches from Smackdown 2009

      Yeah It is one of those matches that should have happened and now sadly its almost impossible due to Taker’s health and the fact that Jericho will not be seen as a threat unless he is a Heel again

    I think if a man like Taker can’t recover in a year it’s time to hang up the boots. Go out at 20-0, it’s a way better legacy then 21-0 or 22-0. Wrestlemania will never be the same without a streak match but if he can’t perform then he can’t perform. Please don’t leave the fans with a crap match to remember you by just to be there because it’s always been there.

    The Deadman needs to hang it up. It will be one of the saddest moment in wrestling history when he does decide to call it quits, but all good things must come to an end.

    Yea they shouldn’t use Taker this year.Fuck it.He has had no build up n a month isn’t enough.Kane should bury him alive with Paul Bearer in sight.Make Kane feud with Daniel Bryan at Mania & turn him full heel 4 the yr till Taker comes back.Taker challenges Kane (Jan 2014) & Kane comes out with Bearer weeks later talking bout how Taker needs 2 R.I.P & he finally put an end 2 Taker @ WM30.

      There’s 7 Raws left after EC until Mania, that’s PLENTY of time for a build up with Taker.

    With his health being as bad as it is already now imagine him in 10 years if he keeps goin. Its time for him to think about himself and not the fans and call it quits.

    I rather have a 100% taker for 30 then a 50/50 taker at 29. Let him rest his body before he comes back to face a Cena

    It would suck if Taker didn’t make the show. I was looking forward to a potential match between Punk and Taker.

    It’s probably time for Taker to hang up his boots if its taken him almost a full year to recover from his last match. The ‘End of an Era’ match isn’t a bad way to end your career.

      I still think he could go next year. Some injuries/surgeries take a year or more to heal 100%. Not having him at WM 30 would be odd.

    i am sure he is good to go…just look out for raw this coming monday i am sure he will return!! if he is 100 percent or good to go HE WILL be on raw before this month is over…so 2 raws left for this month he will return at 1 of them! i think..if not maybe the first or second monday of march but i doubt that cuz i am sure they r goin to want to build his hype/feud with punk..

    it wud be better if he comes back at WM 30 though…30 years of WM…makes sense…but damn i cant help it…i really hope he is good to go this year he is my favorite wrestler!…hate to see him not at WM this year…wont be the same! =) ….how the hell is he still hurt from the hell in a cell match?? shit was almost a year ago…hurt THAT BAD?…come on taker…u the dead man!! u feel no pain!
