Update On Angle/Aries TNA Contract Status, Big Names Not On TNA U.K. Tour

Kurt Angle’s name was not mentioned in the advertising for TNA’s 2015 U.K. tour that came out this past week. Angle’s contract expires at the end of September and this is another possible sign that he will not be re-signing with the company.

Also not advertised for the tour were Austin Aries, Jeff Hardy, Matt Hardy and Devon. In the case of Aries, it is believed that his contract could be expiring before the tour as well. Jeff Hardy is not allowed in the U.K. due to a felony conviction, while Devon and Matt Hardy are likely under short-team deals that wouldn’t include an international tour.

Would be great but I don’t think the WWE would allow it.

    • Ho-Lee-phuk

Why isn’t jeff hardy allowed in the uk? What felony conviction, is it stemming from his drug bust thing?

      • Josh Knepshield

I’m not sure, but I don’t think he is allowed out of North America. Either that, or it depends on the country’s laws.

      • PFR

It’s damn near impossible for a convicted felon to get a passport.
