You will be missed, Uncle Paul. I’m sure your wife has secured a spot for you up there.

    • http://www.facebook.com/andrew.outlaw.33 Andrew Outlaw

Undertaker,Kane, and Mick Foley should induct him in to the hall of fame this year or next year.

    • MrJimmy

I could see Taker and Bearer being inducted together after Taker retires.

  • Mellowyellowman

  • Lemonz

I literally had goosebumps when I heard this. This is really unfortunate, I wonder how. He was a great manager without a doubt, he did his job extremely well, he scared the shit out of me as a kid. R.I.P, you’ll be forever in the history books.

  • Name

You think WWE will incorporate this into a storyline? Thanks for the memories, Bearer.

    • Deante320

I really hope not because that’ll be very unnecessary

      • jccox01

Vince wont, he even stopped his fake death whenever Benoit died. The dead should remain in peace.

    • http://www.facebook.com/craig.deboard Craig DeBoard

With Vince anything is possible, but if it does happen, only with Kane, Undertaker and Mankind’s blessing, and only to help get Punk heat and more over. Because otherwise it would be pointless.

  • Y2J

A Legend no doubt, Rest…In…Peace (In all due respect)

  • Tang_35

He was a damn good manager for the Undertaker R.I.P.

  • Brandon Brave

Oh my God. This is horrible. My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Moody family and their close friends. Wrestling fans tend to develop a special bond with the wrestlers that I don’t think even the wrestlers are aware of. We place our faith and trust in them to be able to perform such amazing feats without hurting one another. We cheer them on as they win and even though we know it’s all scripted, we even boo the “bad guys” because they work so damn hard to entertain us and allow us to suspend our disbelief at least for a short few hours at a time.

The first time I ever saw Paul was on television in 1990 when Vince McMahon hired him to be the manager of the Undertaker. He was able to take not just the Undertaker but others as well, most notably Kane, and speak for them and be their mouth piece. And he did it with such success that he can be considered vital to the careers of those men. He had a hand, personally, in making those men world-wide stars with millions of fans.

William Moody, better known as Paul Bearer, was one of the most entertaining managers the professional wrestling industry has ever seen and the place is a little less bright without his ability to entertain.

Rest in piece, Paul. You both earned it and deserve it.

  • Thomas-24/7 (Mutascale)

No one saw this coming; I am sad to read this. However, the Good Luck said it was his time, and he will be missed by everyone. Hope one day we see Paul in Heaven again.

  • AngelFlow

I couldn’t believe this when I first saw it. He is a legend and one of the best managers of all time. Rest in Peace and my condolences are with his family.

  • A Paul Heyman Guy

    This is so sad R.I.P

  • chris cursed

Rest in peace mr. Moody, condolences to his family. Thank you for the memories

  • Bryan

Long live William “Percy Pringle” “Paul Bearer” Moody! R.I.P! HOF bound

  • http://twitter.com/MindlessJester Patrick Hall

I remember Wrestlemania XX waiting for Undertaker to come out and the first words to greet us were ‘Oooh Yes!~’ sent chills down my back. Was really hoping to have that same feeling again this year, shame.

    Thanks for the memories

The wrestling world has lost another in their prime. A great man and a friend to all who knew him. As a fan, I shook hands with him once but I could tell by his smile he was truly gracious and kind it’s something won’t forget. God has another solider for his army, give the mrs. a hug from me and you deserve a hearty pat on the back.

  • BEASTziggler

A legend. No doubt about it.

    R.I.P.
