WWE Promoting The Best of The Rock, Live Event Draws 13,000
– For a limited time only, World Wrestling Entertainment is offering various matches featuring The Rock’s “Most Electrifying Matches” via Comcast On Demand. Fans can see “The Great One” battle the elite Superstars of sport-entertainment including: “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, Hulk Hogan, Bret Hart, Booker T, Chris Jericho, Kurt Angle, Mankind and Triple H.
To see these matches, Comcast subscribers should check out their On Demand guide under: Sports & Fitness > UFC WWE & Boxing > WWE: The Rock. Each match is only $1.99. “The Best of The Rock” is available through August 15.
– In attendance notes, last Friday’s Raw live event in Houston, Texas drew a crowd of 13,000 paying $400,000, Saturday’s Raw live event in Shreveport, Louisiana drew 5,000 paying $150,000. Sunday’s Raw live event in Beaumont, Texas drew 3,500 paying $100,000. (source: Wrestling Observer Newsletter)

Honestly i stopped watchin wrestling in 2000 an I just started watchin again in 07, so me bein 24 now I know I missed damn near all those matches.Does the rock have a dvd out? I have another question why isnt he in HOF yet?
Idk about the dvd but i think that they are hoping he’ll come back to wrestling one day so they dont want to add him into the HOF quite yet.. maybe im wrong but thsts what i think

I would love to see The Great One do one more match, but we all know WWE would fuk it up if they put him against Cena. he should wrestle CM Punk or The Miz, because either one can make it worth watching, IMO. he only has one DVD out from WWE, but people say its a must-buy. im gonna get it soon, but anyone can buy it right now from Best Buy or Amazon.com. John Cena isn’t gonna achieve fame like The Rock has, because it is just simply impossible. There’s only one man capable of being an all-time favorite entertainer, and he’s gonna check anyone’s candyass into the Smackdown hotel, because thats how people will smell what The Rock is cookin’!
