– This week’s WWE RAW hosted by Ozzy & Sharon Osbourne dropped to a 3.45 cable rating. Considering it was up against Game 5 of the World Series and Monday night football, the number is not so bad. Unfortunately for WWE, viewerhip declined as the show progressed, with hourly ratings of 3.5 and 3.4.
– Former TNA star Lance Hoyt made his WWE television debut this week on ECW as Vance Archer. He had been billed a Lance Archer in Florida Championship Wrestling, WWE’s developmental territory.
- As previously reported, former WWE Tag Champion Jim Neidhart worked last night’s TNA iMPACT tapings, defeating Jay Lethal. Neidhart is part of a new storyline where Jay Lethal faces off against various wrestling legends. The storyline is something that was planned before the Hulk Hogan signing and more legends are expected to be used in the coming weeks.

No offense to the Hart Foundation…. but is Jim Neidhart really a “legend”?
Cool,I’m gonna go watch ECW on my DVR now.Oh,Ozzy and Sharon were awful hosts this week and I’m sure were all tired of this stupid guest GM thing.ZOMG COOL CELEBRITY #8 WILL BE HOSTING MONDAY NIGHT RAW!TUNE IN AS THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE WWE AND WILL LIKELY MAKE COMPLETE MORONS OF THEMSELVES! >_>
I can’t say I agree with you, v1ct0ry. I like the guest host idea. What I’m tired of is the way that the same thing happens every week with them: JeriShow comes out to try to bully them into getting what they want, they usually get shown up in some way, and everything else is just standard. I loved seeing Chavo get KOed by that boxer. I loved when Shaq went toe-to-toe with Big Show. I like when the hosts get involved and really bring something to the table. In my opinion, Shaq was the BEST guest host so far. They need to do more of that and less of this foolishness with JeriShow and Orton and the host getting bullied and all that crud. Really.
