Why Sheamus & McIntyre Are Being Pushed, Lawler Appearance
– Regarding Sheamus and Drew McIntyre, they’re respective pushes come as a result of Triple H and Shawn Michaels’ endorsement of the two. In the case of The Celtic Warrior, he is Triple H’s workout partner and feels he has tons of potential. Likewise, McIntyre is well liked by Triple H as well as Shawn Michaels, with both getting behind him because he is tall with a good physique. (source: Wrestling Observer Newsletter)

Obviously, this isn’t fair for the other great talent that is on the roster, but goes to show that Triple H politics runs WWE. I hate to say Shawn’s name, because he really doesn’t pull things anymore, which is good, but these guys really should have revamped the whole card since it appears that they have that much power. Why not give Shelton a title shot and build him up? William Regal? Christian? (ECW doesn’t count, the whole ECW show doesn’t count, it’s Tuesday Night Heat…) Triple H and Shawn aren’t stupid and know what the crowd likes and wants. I just don’t get why they don’t tell Vince he’s out of his mind and needs to fire all of his writers and bookers.
I agree, their is far more deserving people who deserve their push, it seems to be who you know within the WWE not how good your wrestling or effort is etc.
Christian would be an awesome WWE Champion, why not give Matt Hardy a push, MVP???
I see my self now watching TNA more these days, this is why!!
