– Some within World Wrestling Entertainment who don’t usually watch TNA iMPACT! tuned in this past Thursday for the Hulk Hogan announcement and felt the company put on a horrible product. Internally, the feeling is Hogan joining TNA isn’t a big deal with some going as far to say that the wrestling legend and Eric Bischoff will “kill the company dead.” (source: www.f4wonline.com)

TNA is going to have to announce what it is that Hogan does for them or the rumors are going to continue to swirl about his power in the company. This could affect the morale of the lockerrooms because it could mean that Hogan could just come in and become champion, or bring in guys whom he promises pushes and titles to who the wrestling community don’t want to see anymore.
We’ll see in the coming weeks what direction TNA heads in if Hogan becomes a personality on TV or is pulling strings in the back and the rumors continue. Eventually everything will play out on TV or we’ll start hearing/reading about a ton of turmoil backstage.
look, TNA can give a rat’s behind about what fans know about Hogan and his role. They are more concerned with people knowing “TNA=Hogan, and Hogan=TNA”, which will drive ratings.
For all we know, Hogan is a janitor for the impact zone.
With bringing in Hogan and he only mentioning TNA under his breath during high profile interviews, the ratings for TNA won’t get any better.
TNA, even with Hogan under their umbrella still won’t promote the fact that they have HULK HOGAN as a partner or employee. It’s been a week now and it doesn’t feel any different now than it did before Hogan partnered with them. TNA still doesn’t know how to advertise their product, even with the biggest name in the history of the business. No commercials, no ads, nothing to promote themselves. Just custom made banners on websites that a majority of wrestling fans don’t even go to.
And how can TNA not care if people know Hogan’s role with the company when there’s a possibility he won’t even be a personality or wrestler for them? If people don’t see Hogan, then they won’t care for TNA. All this other stuff about his role with the company is bigger than his on-air appearances. He could literally come in, big boot and atomic legdrop TNA to its death. Then we as wrestling fans won’t have a crappy alternate wrestling organization to watch on Thursdays anymore.
Just tell us what his role is with the company to put to rest the rumors going around about what he’s going to do, how he’s going to do it, and if his acquisition will eventually kill the company. If we know what he’s up to now, we can at least foresee where it’s going to go.
