WWE taped this week’s episode of SmackDown on Tuesday night from the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida. Here are the spoiler results:

– The Miz hosts a special edition of MizTV featuring his Intercontinental Championship acceptance speech. His parents are in the crowd and he asks his mom who her favorite Superstar is. She says Roman Reigns, which shocked The Miz and got a big pop from the crowd. Miz bragged about how great he is, but is interrupted by Bo Dallas. They both compliment each other until Dolph Ziggler comes out. Ziggler cuts a promo and Bo Dallas tells him to Bo-lieve. Bo then attacks Ziggler with a mic, leading to a match between them.

– Backstage, Roman Reigns spoke to Renee Young. Reigns took shots at Randy Orton and Alberto Del Rio.

  • Ouch

Ambrose vs Cesaro really should have been saved for a later date, as they will (hopefully) be big stars in the coming years and have various main event feuds.

    • pwnez

I can handle Ambrose vs Cesaro, but this should have been the main event of SD. I didn’t think I would get tired of Reigns so quickly but I am. The overuse of the superman punch is annoying.

      • Ouch

I completely agree, still he’s at least cooler than Cena. I prefer a Black ops guy over a kids cereal mascot anyday.

      • gdaddy1971

Honestly, I don’t understand how you are saying that the superman punch is overused. He uses it once a match, unless there are multiple opponents and then sometimes he will do a flurry with one punch to each guy. How is it overusing a signature move when the guy only uses it once a match?

        • pwnez

We must have seen him use it 5 times on Raw. It’s already becoming stale. Reigns uses it more than once a match and even the fans aren’t popping for it anymore.

  • Cityguy

No Nation Segment on Smackdown??? maybe they are saving it fir Raw…

    • The Esteemed

Don’t know if you got to watch Main Event yet, but they were on there. No real story development, but Woods did escort them to the ring and played manager.

    • The Real Fan

It would die out fast if they shoved it down our throats so fast, I like it so far it’s very modern take on the Nation of Domination

    • Guest

hopefully it’s the debut of the n*gga shield

  • Jeremy-County Roberts

Roman Reigns bores me now that The Shield broke up. Don’t see all the hype anymore. A spear and the superman whatever the hell it is called punch. Ehhh, okay I guess.

  • thingschange12 .

No Lana/Rusev? Damn, WWE is dead serious about killing off good storylines with a little controversy. Oh Well.

    • Guest

you just gave me a great idea! Turn them face, and into America loving Russian/American foreigners!

  • SD

That Ambrose vs Cesaro match seems like reason enough to watch SmackDown! this week.

    • 9 year old boy

But they gotta stop making Cesaro lose every time -_-

    • raVen

why did ambrose win?? a rollins run-in and a big suplex onto chairs…and cesaro still loses wtf for!?
      Ambrose beating Cesaro..smh

      • SD

Yeah, a better result and better treatment of the match would have been more satisfying. But this is the WWE, after all.

  • satishwarne708

I think SD is not bad Ambrose vs Cesaro is strong enough to carry the show.

    • just saying

      can’t wait to watch it

  • Fantasma Del Guapo

“Paige came out skipping around the ring to mock AJ Lee.”

And now I have to watch it b/c that just sounds ADORABLE lol!

  • G.I.R.L.

I hope Lana & Rusev aren’t punished for something that was totally conjured by creative.

  • raVen

gotta love the tease of them doing something with Ryback when we all know that it will be forgotten by Monday..

  • Deez

    No New Nation installment?

  • Alain Labatos

    Is it just me or…

    Ambrose >>>>>> Reigns

    • just saying

      yeah definitely!!!

  • thingschange12 .

At this rate, the crowd will get tired of Roman Reigns and he will become Rocky Maivia.

  • Jeremy-County Roberts
