WWE Statement On Teenager Who Killed 5 Year Old Sister With Wrestling Moves

WWE issued the following statement today regarding teenager Armstrong Desvallons pleading guilty to negligent homicide for killing his 5-year-old half-sister, Viloude Louis, by using pro wrestling moves:

“WWE supports Judge (Andrea Price) Janzen’s summation that the 13-year-old boy absolutely knew that he was hurting his 5-year-old little sister. Therefore, it is illogical to conclude that the brutal and ultimately fatal beating of a 5-year-old little girl by a teenager could be confused with imitation of WWE moves seen on TV.”

CNN reports that the boy will serve 3 years in a juvenile prison. He will get credit for the time he has already served in jail.

  • Marvin B.

R.i.P to the young girl, and he’ll have to live the rest of his life with this in his head that punishment will be way worse than Juvie.

    • john cena penis

      Rip to his childhood.

  • pwnez

I’m glad WWE isn’t getting blamed for this tragedy. RIP to the little girl.

    • TheWhitesmith

Then again, why should? They have all the “Don’t try this at home” adverts.

      • pwnez

We know that but when people see how much WWE is worth they will do anything to get money from them.

  • G.I.R.L.

Looks like someome failed as a parent.

    • IKeepsit100

Atleast someone on this thread knows who to blame. Shame on the idiots blaming the kids.

      • Diana Foster

How do you know it was the parents fault? Do you know that for a fact? This may come as shocking to you but kids don’t always listen to their parents. Shut up from now on.

    • Aperture

She didn’t fail. You can only control your kids so much. The rest is up to them. She was probably a very good parent, but the kid took it into his own initiative to do moves on his sister.

I remember when I was younger, my cousins and I would hit each other with chairs and hard objects. We imitated that. Looking back, it probably wasn’t the best idea, but think before you blame someone’s parenting. She already has enough to deal with. Her daughter is dead and her son is in correctional. Have a little sympathy for the parent.

      • G.I.R.L.

I don’t deny any of what you said, so long as the parent doesn’t go to the “televison [WWE] killed my child!” defense.

  • LaParkaXV

That kid should be locked up longer IDC if he’s 13.

    • IKeepsit100

Let me reword that for you “That kid should be locked up longer IDC if he’s 13. I don’t know shhhhh about how kids minds work. I don’t understand that kids brains don’t function fully like an adult.”

      There you go buddy.

      • Diana Foster

How a kids mind works? Murder is murder. The kid should be locked up longer. Do us all a favor and shut up.

      • LaParkaXV

Well if you figure out how to reproduce someday and your kid has a friend and that friend kills your kid with “wrestling moves” i am sure you will be as “understanding” about how kids minds work!

I know how my mind worked at 13 and i knew killing someone was WRONG!

        Enjoy friendo!

3 years is way too long. Just let him off with a warning or make him spend 3 weeks in jail. 3 years? It’s nowhere near that serious.

      • AiHina

A 5 year old girl is DEAD and you’re saying its “nowhere near that serious?”

        • http://www.rabidpictures.com yrabadi

Pretty sure it’s sarcasm there, my friend.

  • Johrdann Miller

What a tragedy, 100% the boys fault, exactly how did we come to the conclusion that he used “wwe moves” in the first place? at the age of 13 you know what the hell you are doing and what the results will be, so his age shouldn’t result in him getting any sort of easy jail sentence . Death = life in prison in prison in my book.

    • IKeepsit100

I guess little girls who are tricked into sexual intercourse by 18+ y/o males know what their doing aswell. Please don’t EVER become a teacher or parent.

      • Diana Foster

Please don’t EVER type on this website again. There are plenty of other morons on here and we don’t need another one.

        • IKeepsit100

You can stop stalking me now

          • Diana Foster

You can stop talking now. Shut it. If you want to speak you make sure you ask me first to see if it’s ok. Now zip your lips @sshole.

Are you this feisty in the sack?

          • Diana Foster

I’m the female Chris Brown so yes.

          • G.I.R.L.

So if a male gave you a black eye for attacking him or giving him herpes, would you cry “victim!”?

          • Bushwald Sexyface

Nevermind. I saw the supposed restraining order request bs. It was an imposter saying that crap, not him.

          • G.I.R.L.

The “rumor” (doubt we’ll ever get any confirmation, if true) is that Rihanna gave him herpes and, as a result, he attacked her.

          • Bushwald Sexyface

Yeah, it was an imposter dude that filed the restraining order for giving him “herpes from Barbados”. You know, because Barbados has this super-duper flaming case of herpes that no other location has.

      • Johrdann Miller

        Scum.

    • G.I.R.L.

No, he’s still a kid with outrageous mental and emotional imbalances. A 13 y.o. should not be thrown into prison with adult monsters. He still has growing to do and life in prison shouldn’t be an option.

  • Richard Johnson

see what happens when you make wwe a show foir kids? kids will watch it and copy what they do…

    • Harry Be

      You’re a dumb@$s if you’re serious

    • Kobe’s.White.Brother

You really gonna say wwe being kid friendly caused this?…this incident won’t make the attitude era come back..it’s gone face it and it’s up to the parents to raise the kids right not wwe…they repeatedly mention to not try it at home.

    • Diana Foster

What a stupid thing to say.

    • G.I.R.L.

WWE, and TV in general, holds no responsibility for parrots. You’re gonna blame teens shooting on Call of Duty or Grand Theft Auto V while you’re at it?

      • Marvin B.

        Exactly..the Goddess spits knowledge.

  • Richard Johnson

kids should not be watching wrestling…..therefore…..BRING BACK THE ATTITUDE ERA!!!!

    • Bushwald Sexyface

When people look up the definition of “internet troll douche”, your picture should be the first thing they see.

    • G.I.R.L.

This actually happened once before during the AE. Was a young 11 boy (who happened to be black); was playing with a family friend’s kid and accidentally killed her. You know what happened? They sent an 11y.o. boy to an adult prison to rot. He’s now free, but can you imagine what horrors happened to him in there?

Also, not WWE’s fault that parents don’t drill their children enough to distinguish fact from fiction.

  • NXTNETWORK

he should have at least 15 years and can he not read when they say don’t try this at home!!

    • john cena penis

Im glad he’s getting 3 years, once he gets out ill be rooting for him to strike again.

  • Matt Gallagher

I wonder what move it was that killed her?

    • Jamie

      The cobra

    • Bryan

Something life ending anyway and I don’t really want to know what move it was but I am sure it was a dangerous move.

  • Jamie

How is it illogical, kids that do wrestling moves do it with the intention of causing pain, it’s still real to them dammit!

    • Diana Foster

There is a time and place for jokes, now isn’t that time. Shut up, b-tch.

      • G.I.R.L.

It’s not fair to blame an organization, movie, television show or comic book for the actions of an individual. This is a lame attempt by inept lawyers to build a weak defense. I’d ask the kid to hold a roach while I cut the head off of it with a chainsaw. I saw it once on an episode of Beavis & Butthead, so it should be cool. At least by this 13 year olds reasoning right? I can’t even imagine what this family is going through right now.

u made me giggle but thats fucked up dude :(

  • Ted Jones

Back in the 90’s, some kid gave his little sister a piledriver & killed her. Kinda reminds me of hearing about that

  • & That’s the bottom line….

R.i.p to the little girl & gods peace upon the family the way I look at this is its a lose lose situation all the way around…. A unfortunate situation that should have never happend & to sad to comment on

  • Carl

I feel sorry for the mother who has lost not just her daughter but also her son. Yes the action of the boy was deffinately wrong and yes he should be locked up for quite some time. Again he is only 13yrs old and should not be in an adult prison until he turns 17. By that point he is an adult, he knows what he did was wrong and intentional. He knew he was hurting her and did not care. Perhaps he is the jealous older brother and wanted her outta the scene and saw this as a way of doing it. Or like any 13 yr old rebelling and striving for attention. He knew what he was doing and the courts should lock him up for a good 10-15 yrs with NO chance of parole as in my opinion this was premeditated because he knew what he was doing and knew he was hurting a toddler.

SESCOOPS, do us a favour and delete this article, the comments that people are leaving are absolutely disgusting.

  • Bryan

R.I.P young girl and It’s sad that something entertaining and fun can turn into something serious and harmful like I always knew wrestling was fake and when I wrestled when I was a kid with my friends we always made sure we never did any moves that could end our life we only did safe moves like suplex and chokeslam and a few grapling moves also a couple of submission moves and we always made sure the ground was full of cushins before we executed the moves but it’s a sad thing to see this happen especially since the boy meant it and he will grow up regretting that moment for the rest of his life.

  • ibeBrave

If the kid was wrestling with the little girl like say an easy spinebuster on a bed and she accidentally fell off and broke something which led to her death the kid should get some sympathy…but if he fuggin put a submission hold on her until she died then the kid deserves life

  • http://twitter.com/TyrannoThunder Tyrannosaurus Thunder

How can anyone do that to their sibling??? Harm them in anyway, you should be PROTECTING them, not beating them senseless…..This guy is a teenage dirtbag and I hope he becomes better acquainted with a BBC whilst serving his ridiculously short sentence in jail

  • fatneal

lol @ the self righteous idiots in the comments… listen…weve all been young wrestling fans that wrestled are friends and siblings and cousins…accidents happen…ive put my sister in the crossed face chicken wing several times and yes she screamed in agony…ive been put in the figure four by my dad when i was 12 and i was in serious pain…he might have known he was hurting her but didnt know his own strength but i dont his intent was to kill her…dont act like this 13 year old is a monster because he accident killed his sister

    • Marvin B.

Yeah but a little girl bro…if i wrestled it would be someone around my age whose not a female and I’d know not to use full force…when I was 13 I did a few moves but didnt use all my might with it…but lets be real he should have known better honestly..

      • fatneal

accidents happen man….listen to a certain degree i agree with you but its not specified whether or not the guy has any developmental disorders….we dont know if he was a troubled kid….maybe he doesnt know his own strength….maybe his sister broke his ps4 and in a rage meant only meant to make her cry he accidentally killed her….one thing we can all agree on is it was an accident because if not then the kid has mental issues and the courts ruling would reflect they are aware of the issues….im a dad of a 6 year old boy and a 4 year old girl…i play fight with them and wrestle and flip them around and all that…theres been times where me flipping them over and resulted in them rolling off the bed or whatever…accidents happen…i just dont want people painting this kid as a monster when in reality as wrestling fans we’ve all done moves to loved ones and sometimes took things too far its just luckily we’ve never killed or seriously injured anyone

  • Mr_DJ

Reading into this…yeah, I agree with the judge. The boy knew what he was doing and simply didn’t stop. The kid needs to serve his time and receive psychiatric evaluations.

  • Bro88

Truthfully the kid probably deserves longer. I think he should be locked up til he’s at least 18 and then evaluated to see if he shows any true remorse. If so then he should be on probation for a long ass time if not then lock him up for even longer.

  • Anthony Sparacino

so wait, this kid gets 3 years in juvie, while Lionel Tate gets sentenced for Life in (Adult) Prison for the same thing. Lionel was 12 when that happened. INJUSTICE!

    • Anthony Sparacino

Not saying its right or anything for someone to kill, but this just goes to show how stupid our justice system is.

  • Aperture

Exactly, he is still young. He is being tortured everyday with his mistake. Give him a few years and some therapy with his mother, so they could both cope with the loss.

People see red and they can’t think anymore. I hope he gets better from his mistake, as everybody should.

  • Diana Foster

The judge said the kid knew what he was doing, he knew he was hurting the girl so how exactly is this a mistake?

  • Aperture

    Mistake:

incorrect act or decision: an incorrect, unwise, or unfortunate act or decision caused by bad judgment or a lack of information or care

That is what I mean. He made a mistake like we all do. The difference is his mistake cost someone their life. Nonetheless, it is still a mistake.

  • Diana Foster

The kid knew he was hurting the girl, he KNEW that. How do we know that he didn’t intend to hurt her? What if his intentions were to kill her? That is not a mistake. A mistake would have been the kid roughing around with the girl and he accidently hurt her. What this kid did was no mistake. The judge said he KNEW what he was doing, he KNEW he was hurting her and didn’t stop.

  • G.I.R.L.

Best comment in EVER! Your Goddess applauds you.

  • Aperture

You notice how you said “How do we know…”? You don’t know. That is the point. The only person that knows what is going on is the boy himself. The judge can assume for him, but that doesn’t help. Plus, the definition of mistake still stands. You can’t move your way around that.
