Angel Garza Has A Message For Impatient Fans

ByAndrew RavensProfessional Wrestling Journalist

Angel Garza does not think much of the booking advice he has been getting.

Garza posted on X telling fans that they want stories resolved too quickly.

You all would SUCK as writers. Wanting everything in one show, no story, just going straight to the climax and finishing it.

That’s why you don’t work on this. Keep your ass at home and stay tuned.

The post did not name a storyline. Garza is currently part of Perros del Mal, the lucha libre faction reformed in AAA in June with Daga, Berto, Bronco Nima and Karmen Petrovic. The group ambushed El Grande Americano on the June 20 episode of AAA on Fox and has been building a feud with him and Dominik Mysterio since, beating the pair at Verano de Escándalo in July.

The faction has personal meaning for Garza and Berto. Their uncle Héctor Garza was an original member alongside El Hijo del Perro Aguayo, who died in 2015.

The tone is a change from earlier in the year. Garza spent months posting about a lack of television time and his position in the company, writing in January that good behavior does not get you anywhere, and thanking fans in May for sticking with the Garza legacy after he and Berto were beaten in a handicap match by Oba Femi on Raw. Those posts were widely read as a sign he was on his way out.
