The incident occurred during the closing segment of Raw\'s Survivor Series go-home show. Lesnar was making his entrance to lead Team Vision (Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, Drew McIntyre, and Logan Paul) in a confrontation with the babyface WarGames team of Roman Reigns, CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, and The Usos.
The usually stoic Lesnar immediately broke character after the fall, showing visible embarrassment before quickly recovering. He proceeded down the ramp to lead his team into the closing brawl with Reigns and company.
