Bronson Reed’s time away from WWE may be producing a version of the Aus-Zilla that fans aren’t used to seeing.
Reed has been sidelined since suffering a distal biceps tear during the February 23 episode of RAW, and WWE has yet to provide a confirmed timetable for his return.
But while his recovery continues, recent gym photos have revealed a dramatic change in his physique.
Reed appears noticeably leaner, more shredded and significantly more muscular than the heavier powerhouse fans were accustomed to seeing. The difference is particularly obvious in his face, with considerably less facial fat changing his overall appearance.

His chest also looks far more defined, while his entire frame appears more conditioned and muscular. The transformation has been striking enough that fans and wrestling media have described him as “unrecognizable.”
Reed recently shared another gym selfie while continuing his rehabilitation, and his caption carried a clear message. He called himself “the problem” and tagged WWE, seemingly signaling that the company should be prepared for what comes next.
Of course, there is still no confirmation that Reed has been medically cleared, and his return date remains unknown.
But there’s an interesting story developing here.
Reed isn’t simply waiting for his injury to heal. His training suggests he’s using this time to reshape himself physically, meaning the next version of the Aus-Zilla could look considerably different when he finally returns to WWE television.
