WWE megastar Cody Rhodes has come up among many to respond directly to Arik Cannon, the man who threw shade at AJ Styles’ son, Avery, in recent memory.
The indie star called out Avery for not helping out the GCW crew with the show setup. This led AJ Styles and many other wrestlers to come to his support. Finally, Cody Rhodes chose to send a message to Arik himself via his X account.
The American Nightmare responded with the utmost respect to Arik after he uploaded a photo of Cody sweeping the ring with a broom at an independent show. Rhodes reminded that Avery’s father, AJ Styles, was paying his dues throughout his career and defended the father-son duo.

He debuted at the age of 19 and has delivered impressive in-ring performances so far.
