Later this week, The Killer\'s Game will be released in cinemas, featuring an all-star cast including Terry Crews, Pom Klementieff, Ben Kingsley, and Dave Bautista. Drew McIntyre is also attached to the film, but this may not have happened if not for the Animal.
Speaking to Chris Van Vliet of Insight, Bautista recalled speaking with director J.J. Perry about casting. When Perry needed a tough-as-nails Scotsman for a role, Bautista had the perfect name in mind.

The Killer\'s Game tells the story of Joe Flood (Bautista) a hitman who puts out a hit on himself after being diagnosed with a terminal disease. After learning that this diagnosis was inaccurate, Flood must fend off several contract killers including Rory Mackenzie (McIntyre.)

While The Killer\'s Game won\'t be released to the public until September 13, some have been lucky enough to already catch the film and McIntyre\'s performance.

The Killer\'s Game marks the feature film debut for Drew McIntyre, but it may not be the last time fans see the former WWE Champion on the big screen. In July, McIntyre signed with the Paradigm Talent Agency, a group that represents other WWE names including Damian Priest, Tiffany Stratton, and most recently, Liv Morgan. McIntyre has spent years proving his screen presence in WWE and fans of the Scottish Warrior will be eager to see more of him in blockbuster movies.
