WWE\'s NXT brand was missing a big piece for their puzzle when Dragon Lee couldn\'t make the trip back to the United States after the new year. Some documentation needed to be straightened up that 2024 undoubtably caused, but that situation is apparently okay now.
Spoiler on Dragon Lee\'s WWE NXT Return
It was noted on Fightful Select that Corey Brennan has learned that Dragon Lee\'s Visa situation has cleared up. He is slated to be on this week\'s episode, where he will defend the NXT North American Title.
It would appear Dragon Lee\'s visa situation got handled, as he is slated to defend the North American Title against Lexis King in the show\'s main event.
Dragon Lee promised to be a fighting NXT North American Champion. After he won the title from Dominik Mysterio, there was also no shortage of celebration. Now, he will get to continue his reign as champion.
Carlito filled in for Dragon Lee at New Year\'s Evil. The freshly-returned SmackDown Superstar led his LWO allies to victory over Drew Gulak, Myles Borne, and Damon Kemp. For good measure, Carlito delivered his trademark apple-spit spot to Gulak after the match.
