Finn Balor has snapped.
The Judgment Day star had unsuccessfully challenged CM Punk for the World Title on last week\'s Raw. The Straight Edge Star had shown respect to the fellow veteran after the bout.
The Monday Night show this week then featured another segment between the two where they both praised each other. Punk then told Balor to think about his legacy and ditch the Judgment Day.
The former Universal Champion later went to see Adam Pearce and declared himself for the Royal Rumble match. The Raw GM, however, told the former Bullet Club leader that the spots were filled and he could not give Balor entry into the battle royal.

After this and a subsequent backstage confrontation with Liv Morgan, Finn Balor finally had enough. He ended up attacking CM Punk during the main event of the show, where AJ Styles was challenging the World Champion for his title.
The former NJPW star delivered three back-to-back Coup de Graces to the defending champion and ended the night standing tall over him.

Punk is currently not booked for a match at Saturday\'s Royal Rumble PPV but he\'s unlikely to be left out the card for the Saudi Arabian show. It\'s possible that a rematch between Punk and Balor will be announced soon after tonight\'s segment.
