Wicks, 48, was booked into the Cerro Gordo County Jail at approximately 6:19 PM local time on charges including an unsafe turn or failure to signal, improper rear lamps, failure to provide proof of financial liability, and driving with a suspended or revoked license. His booking record also listed a “detox” designation.
According to Northwest Iowa Watch Dogs, four separate cash-only bonds were issued totaling $1,501.51.
