A former WWE star said the company missed out on a major feud between The Bella Twins and LayCool.
She is none other than Layla, one-half of the LayCool team. Brie Bella recently brought up the discussion with Nikki Bella. Layla took notice and responded via her X, saying that a proper and stellar feud was a missed opportunity and all four women could have created something special.

The LayCool team consisted of the dynamic duo of Layla and her partner, WWE Hall of Famer Michelle McCool. They were the typical narcissist, mean girls at the top of the women’s division in the late 2000s. The duo held countless Women’s titles between them and were considered a highly successful team.
Around the same time, The Bella Twins had also begun to gain popularity with their twin antics and captivating personalities. Despite both teams being at the top of their games at a time when women did not have significant opportunities in WWE, they never crossed paths for a major feud. Instead, they just had a random match on the October 4, 2010, episode of RAW.
The Bella Twins are currently active performers in WWE. Michelle McCool has returned to WWE on numerous occasions over the years. Moreover, Layla has also spoken about her aspirations to return to the Stamford-based promotion.
Therefore, WWE could bring back Layla and finally reunite the four to create a long-term, captivating, and significant feud.
