The announcement comes months after Goldberg wrestled his final match at Saturday Night's Main Event in July 2025, where he faced World Heavyweight Champion Gunther in an emotional farewell in his hometown of Atlanta. With his in-ring career now behind him, the WWE Hall of Famer is turning his focus to building a brand in the tactical and preparedness space.

For me, this isn't about putting my name on a brand," Goldberg said in the announcement. "It's about building something that stands for strength, discipline, and protecting what matters most.
