Kincaid joined WWE in February 2022 and debuted as the ring announcer for NXT Level Up. She previously competed and worked as an interviewer in Ring of Honor under the name Quinn McKay, where she won the ECWA Women's Championship before retiring from in-ring competition.

Four Years in NXT

During her WWE tenure, Kincaid transitioned from ring announcing to become one of NXT's primary backstage interviewers.

She returned to television in March 2025 following maternity leave after welcoming her first child with Elton Prince of Pretty Deadly in September 2024.

What's Next for Kincaid?

Kincaid's future remains unclear as of this writing, but we will monitor her social media for announcements. Her background as Quinn McKay in Ring of Honor and on the independent circuit suggests a potential return to those roots, particularly as ROH continues operating under AEW's umbrella.

Kincaid's departure adds to the ongoing roster changes throughout WWE's developmental system. Whether she pursues opportunities outside WWE or negotiates a new deal remains to be seen as her expiration date approaches on February 14.
