Logan Paul Selling ‘Haunted’ California Ranch

Logan Paul is putting one of his more unusual properties on the market, closing the chapter on a California ranch that has been part of his life for several years.

Paul has listed Fobes Ranch, a secluded 78-acre property in the San Jacinto Mountains, for just under $3 million on Realtor. He originally purchased the ranch in 2019 for $1,000,001, later explaining that the extra dollar was simply a joke.

The property itself has a fascinating history. It was connected to former Harvard professor and psychedelics advocate Timothy Leary, who spent time there during the 1960s and early 1970s. Members of the Brotherhood of Eternal Love also lived at the ranch and were involved in producing and distributing the LSD tablet known as Orange Sunshine.

Leary was famously labeled the “most dangerous man in America” by President Richard Nixon.

Paul appears to have significantly upgraded the property during his ownership. The original residence had two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, while the current listing describes a four-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home. The sale also reportedly includes most of the furnishings, ranch vehicles and equipment.

But the property’s history isn’t the only thing that made it memorable for Paul.

Shortly after spending his first weekend there in 2019, Paul claimed that the ranch was “severely haunted.”

He and his friends described several strange experiences during their stay, including hearing car horns repeatedly blaring in the middle of the night, despite the isolated property being gated and located roughly four miles from the nearest highway.

They also reported hearing heavy metal doors clanging and rattling, even though nobody appeared to be nearby and the conditions didn’t seem windy enough to explain the noise.

Then there were the footsteps.

Paul’s entourage claimed they heard heavy pacing and unexplained footsteps around the porch and outside the main cabin, despite everyone supposedly being accounted for inside.

Whether those experiences had a supernatural explanation or something far more ordinary, Fobes Ranch certainly gave Paul plenty of stories to tell.

Now, after several years of ownership and upgrades, the ranch is officially looking for a new owner, with Paul hoping the unusual property can bring him close to $3 million.
