Nia Jax Makes No Apologies For Being ‘Dangerous’

Nia Jax has heard the word “dangerous” attached to her name inside a wrestling ring for years now. At this point, she’s not bothering to argue with it.

Speaking on Busted Open Radio, Jax addressed the reputation head-on, and rather than pushing back, she simply owned it outright, agreeing flatly that the label fits.

Well, you know, it’s funny because I’m always like, ‘Oh, you’re dangerous. You’re this.’ It’s like, ‘Yeah, I am dangerous.’

When one of the hosts pointed out that being dangerous is kind of the point of being a professional wrestler, Jax didn’t soften her stance at all, warning that anyone who gets in her way is going to end up on the receiving end of a punch to the face.

You get in your way, you’re going to get a punch in the face.

That directness carried over when the conversation turned to Becky Lynch, who famously suffered a broken nose courtesy of a Jax punch during the November 2018 RAW invasion angle.

Asked jokingly whether Lynch still sends her holiday cards every year, Jax shut the idea down immediately, making clear that’s not happening.

“No, no, she doesn’t.”

Things got physical in the studio too. After Dave LaGreca admitted he wasn’t willing to take a punch from Jax but figured he could handle one of her chops, Jax obliged him on the spot.
