Pat McAfee Fires Back At CM Punk's Raw Dig, Praises Randy Orton Ahead of WrestleMania 42

Pat McAfee recently responded to World Champion CM Punk's verbal shot on the April 6 episode of Raw, where 'The Second City Saint' referred to the former commentator as "Pat MAGfee" during a promo criticizing McAfee's recent heel turn and involvement in the Cody Rhodes-Randy Orton storyline.

McAfee took to social media on April 7 and fired back at Punk's comments. In a lengthy post on X, he dismissed Punk while championing Randy Orton as the true star heading into WrestleMania 42.

Good morning beautiful people..

Last night a Punk ass bitch explained that he is not worth the price of admission to #WrestleMania42

WE CAN ALL AGREE WITH THAT.. it’s kindof the whole thing I been sayin BUT.. I have GREAT news

THE WRESTLING GODS have blessed us and @RandyOrton IS HERE TO SAVE YOU ALL

McAfee Lists Orton's Accomplishments

McAfee proceeded to detail Orton's extensive WWE resume, positioning The Viper as wrestling royalty. He noted Orton is a 14-time World Champion who could tie for third all-time with a win at WrestleMania 42, trailing only Ric Flair's 16 reigns and John Cena's 17.

Youngest world champ EVER. 10th ever WWE Grand Slam champ. Only WWE Superstar to have entered Mania as a champ with 5 different titles (World, WWE, I-C, US and Tag)," McAfee continued, listing Orton's records for most RAW matches, most PPV matches, and being a two-time Royal Rumble winner.

"The business needs us. The actual fans of wrestling need to come together and THANK THE MAN WHO IS GONNA SAVE THE BUSINESS.
