Penta Discloses Longstanding Bicep Injury

ByMike ReichlinProfessional Wrestling Journalist

Penta recently appeared on Celtic Warrior Workouts with Sheamus, where he disclosed that he has been wrestling with a \”broken bicep\” for the past three years.

During a workout session featuring bicep curls, Sheamus asked if the injury was a tear, to which Penta confirmed, \”Yeah,\” adding that it remains torn.

He revealed that the injury occurred when another wrestler kicked him, breaking his bicep. Despite never undergoing surgery, Penta stated he is still able to train and compete.

Despite the injury, Penta has remained active in the ring and recently competed on WWE Raw against Pete Dunne. Notably, he remains undefeated in singles competition within WWE.
