CM Punk will defend his World Heavyweight Championship against Finn Bálor at SSE Arena, giving the Irish-born star a title opportunity in front of his home country crowd. Bálor earned the match after confronting Punk on last week's episode.
Becky Lynch also puts her Women's Intercontinental Championship on the line against Maxxine Dupri, continuing their recent title rivalry after Lynch reclaimed the belt from Dupri.
The show opens with a Gunther segment, while Bron Breakker will be notably absent after being suspended for attacking Adam Pearce last week. Pearce addressed the situation on social media, writing, "Hey Bron, hope you enjoy the show, from home."
Additional matches include Je'Von Evans versus El Grande Americano in singles action, plus a six-man tag team match pitting Rey Mysterio, Penta, and Dragon Lee against Austin Theory, Bronson Reed, and Logan Paul.
