WWE explored the possibility of holding Survivor Series 2026 at an international location as late as 2025, but those plans have since fallen through, leaving the event without an announced date or location, according to WrestleVotes on Fightful Select.
One source believes the failed international negotiations are the primary reason no announcement has been made about the show, which would normally have been confirmed well in advance.
Survivor Series holds status as one of WWE’s four traditional major premium live events.
Boston, Massachusetts, also made a push to host the event, but negotiations fell apart over financials, mirroring what happened when the city pursued John Cena’s final match. No domestic replacement location has been confirmed either.
WrestleVotes reports that an official announcement for Survivor Series 2026 is expected before SummerSlam on August 1-2 at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
