The line between WWE and Washington keeps getting blurrier.
Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has released an AI-generated video campaign for the Department of Health's Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) initiative, and it's something.

Posted to Kennedy's official government X account, the clip leans heavily into WWE branding, features commentary from legendary announcer Michael Cole, and is set to Limp Bizkit's "Rollin'" — the track famously synonymous with The Undertaker's American Badass persona. That's all backdrop to RFK Jr. laying the smackdown on a Twinkie at a WWE live event, while showing off a move-set and physique ?that rivals top-level Superstars.
It's an eyebrow-raising piece of content, but it makes sense given just how cozy the relationship between WWE and the current administration has become. WWE CCO Paul "Triple H" Levesque has been a vocal supporter of the Trump-Kennedy agenda, making appearances at official White House events and lending his platform to the MAHA health programs.
Triple H also sits on the President's Council on Sports, Fitness & Nutrition, and has been working alongside Kennedy to revive the Presidential Fitness Test for public schools — a program that was discontinued during the Obama administration.?
Robert F. Kennedy's Other WWE Connection

The WWE-White House pipeline got even more personal earlier this month when Kennedy publicly revealed that his niece, Zoe Hines, had signed a contract with the company. Kennedy made the announcement during a speaking engagement alongside Education Secretary Linda McMahon — the former WWE CEO who, by Kennedy's own admission, played a role in making the deal happen.
Linda has become a very, very close friend, and my niece Zoe Hines recently signed a contract with WWE — which Linda has significantly influenced — to pursue a career in wrestling," Kennedy told the crowd.
Hines, a former Boston College softball player and communications graduate, participated in WWE's SummerSlam tryouts last year. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, discussions about signing her had been going on behind the scenes for months ,though some within the company reportedly had reservations, as her tryout didn't entirely impress.
The current plan is for Hines to begin training in WWE's developmental system. But the perception problem is already there: when your uncle is the Health Secretary and the former WWE CEO personally facilitated your signing, the "privileged hire" label is going to be something to wrestle with.?
The Contrast: Ava Raine's Exit
The timing draws an unavoidable contrast with the recent departure of Ava Raine, Simone Johnson, daughter of Dwayne "The Rock" , who did not renew her WWE contract in January 2026 after serving as NXT General Manager.
Another high-profile 'generational' hire who battled perception issues of her own, Ava's exit turned heads for a different reason: the moment her contract expired, she spoke out. Explicitly.
Days after leaving, she posted on X, "and now that I can say this with my full chest, [middle finger] ICE and that entire administration," a statement widely interpreted as a shot at the Trump White House that she felt unable to make while still employed by WWE.
Ava has since deleted her X account entirely, but the message landed before she did.?
