Seth Rollins Pays Emotional Tribute To PAC

Seth Rollins has spoken publicly for the first time about the passing of PAC, Benjamin Satterley, whom WWE fans knew as Neville. Rollins called him a humble, funny and loyal man who earned the admiration of everyone around him.

PAC passed away in his car just hours after AEW All Out. In the weeks since, the wrestling world has mourned him and honored his career. Rollins addressed it on No Contest Wrestling, saying it’s hard to sum up his feelings in one short statement.

Rollins described PAC as unique, funny, loyal and down to earth. He said that many of PAC’s friends, himself included, looked up to him. They admired how good he was in the ring, but also how humble he stayed about it, and how warmly and kindly he treated people.

He was just an awesome dude. He was so funny and so unique,” Rollins said. “He was also super loyal and he was down to earth. He was just one of those people that… A lot of us who were his friends, speaking for myself, we looked up to Ben.

We admired him, I think, because he was so incredible at what he did in the ring, but he was also so humble about that part of his life. And the way he treated people with kindness and love, and there was a warmth about him. He was just an awesome dude,” he added.

Rollins said he first met PAC on his first trip to Europe at age 21. He was so impressed by what he saw that he joked about wanting to find another profession.

“I hope his legacy in the wrestling world will be one thing, but his legacy amongst the people that loved him and knew him was just that he was an awesome human being,” Rollins finished.

Rollins hopes PAC is remembered in wrestling for his work, but said his legacy among the people who knew him is simpler: he was a genuinely good human being.

The two had history in WWE. Rollins’ team The Shield beat Neville, Corey Graves and Xavier Woods in NXT, and Rollins later faced Neville in two singles matches and a tag match on the main roster.
