The Rock is teasing a big NFL announcement on the last day of 2023.
The Fox Sports NFL Twitter account recently teased a big news coming our way. Interestingly they tagged XFL in the photo they posted, followed by The Rock promoting the announcement:

A consortium led by Dwayne \"The Rock\" Johnson purchased the XFL brand from Vince McMahon back in August 2020, with intentions to once again relaunch the football league.
This came after a relaunch attempt by Mr McMahon himself failed due to the COVID-19 pandemic halting the 2020 season after only five weeks of play.
The league under The Rock\'s ownership returned to play in February 2023. They announced a merger with USFL earlier this year, aiming to play a combined season next year.
Now the latest tease suggests that things may be changing once again and we may see XFL and NFL joining hands in some form before the 2024 season.
The Great One is also rumored to make his return to WWE for the WrestleMania 40 build-up. He made a lone appearance back in September taking out Austin Theory in a segment.
His return may take place as soon as this Monday\'s Day 1 special of Raw for which Triple H has been teasing the return of a former WWE champion.
