Tiffany Stratton had a frightening moment during training that immediately raised concerns, especially given how badly the landing looked.
The WWE star was live on Twitch while training at the WWE Performance Center on September 16 when a flip attempt went wrong. Stratton launched herself from the ropes toward the outside, but she failed to complete the rotation and came down awkwardly.
Her head slammed hard against the ring apron before she hit the floor. Stratton immediately grabbed her head, while the person filming the session also checked whether she was okay.
Thankfully, Stratton quickly reassured everyone watching that she was alright, although she admitted the impact had scared her.
I’m good. Oh my gosh. I’m okay. That was scary. I’m okay, I hit my head but we’re good.
The incident also brings back memories of another serious training scare. Last year, Stratton revealed that she nearly broke her neck the night before the 2023 NXT Stand & Deliver ladder match when a rehearsal spot went wrong. Despite that incident, she still competed the following day.
This time, the situation appears to have ended on a much more positive note. After taking some time to recover from the impact, Stratton was able to continue, easing concerns that the awkward landing had caused a serious neck injury.
For WWE fans, seeing Stratton get back up and continue training will certainly be reassuring after such a scary-looking accident.
For now, the most important thing is that Tiffany Stratton appears to be okay. What was your reaction when you saw that scary landing? Let us know in the comments.
