Rhea Ripley underwent a major knee surgery, and the fans finally got to see a glimpse of their beloved Mami post that.
In a recent live stream video by pro wrestler and content creator KingKreas, Ripley was seen in a knee brace. Kreas was helping the former WWE Women’s Champion to sit on the chair and then sliding towards the front of the camera. You can check out the video here.
The Australian top star was in the midst of a major run in WWE. After making her back in the main event scene, Rhea Ripley defeated Jade Cargill to win the WWE Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 42 and then successfully retained her title against her at Clash in Italy PLE.
However, in an unfortunate turn of events, Ripley was reported to have suffered a knee injury and was taken off television. After a while, WWE announced that they would crown a new Interim Women’s Champion in her absence. At the same time, Mami underwent her first surgery and has been reported to be out for close to six months.
Moreover, this even led WWE to recognize the new champion, Chelsea Green, not as the Interim, but the permanent titleholder. The Hot Mess outlasted four other women in a ladder match at SummerSlam 2026 Night 2 and won.
As for Rhea Ripley, fans will have to wait and see when she gets healthy to return to the ring.
