WWE 2K25 is mere days away from launching, and fans are speculating whether TNA Wrestling could be making its way into the game. With the multi-year partnership between WWE and TNA going strong, the idea of TNA talent and arenas being a part of WWE 2K25 appears a genuine possibility.
Bryan Williams, WWE 2K25 Gameplay Producer, recently addressed the matter in an interview with Restart. While he didn’t confirm anything, he acknowledged that discussions are taking place.
It's something that we’re all excited about—the potential of maybe one day incorporating TNA into our game. But as of today, as I’m talking to you right now, we’re just still discussing things.
Williams said that the developers are in a "wait-and-see" moment, and acknowledged that this "is not the greatest answer." Nevertheless, he, like fans, is excited at the prospect of TNA talent joining WWE 2K25.
TNA Wrestling has a history in video games, but its only major console release was TNA iMPACT! in 2008. Since then, the promotion has only had mobile and handheld adaptations, leaving fans eager for a proper return to consoles.
With Joe Hendry potentially being teased as DLC, it appears that TNA could appear in WWE 2K25 afterall, but nothing has been confirmed. With over 300 playable characters confirmed, the game will be a massive project, one that could grow even bigger with the inclusion of TNA Wrestling.
WWE 2K25 will be released on March 14, with the Bloodline and Deadman Editions releasing on March 7.
