WWE Survivor Series Results: The Undertaker\'s Farewell, Reigns vs. McIntyre


WWE Survivor Series aired live from the ThunderDome. Team RAW battled Team SmackDown and The Undertaker said his final farewell during tonight\'s PPV.

Team RAW (AJ Styles, Riddle, Braun Strowman, Keith Lee, Sheamus) battled Team SmackDown (Jey Uso, Otis, Kevin Owens, King Corbin, Seth Rollins) in a Survivor Series elimination match.

AJ Styles came to the ring first and said that is the captain and will not apologize for the team victory they are about to have. Riddle interrupted his promo and made his way to the ring.

Match Recap: Jey Uso and AJ Styles started off the action by locking up in the middle of the ring. AJ connected with a Dropkick but Jey battled back with a right hand to the face as Paul Heyman was shown watching backstage. Styles went for the Pele Kick but Jey dodged it and rolled up AJ for a near fall.

Uso planted AJ with a Samoan Drop for a one count. Corbin tagged in and leveled Styles with a punch. Otis tagged in and went for a Splash but AJ got out of the way. Riddle tagged in and walked into a shoulder tackle from Otis. Owens tagged in and targeted Riddle\'s bare feet with his attack.

Sheamus tagged in and Seth Rollins asked Owens to tag him in. Owens obliged and the Messiah entered the ring. Rollins said \"for the greater good\" and dropped to his knees. Seth asked Sheamus to do his part and Sheamus leveled him with a Brogue Kick to eliminate Seth Rollins.

Riddle unloaded multiple kicks to Corbin and tagged in Keith Lee. Otis tagged in and the two big men circle each other. Lee dropped Otis with a punch and tagged in Strowman. Braun hit Otis with a Dropkick and tagged in AJ. Owens tagged in and hit AJ with a Back Body Drop.

Owens dropped Keith Lee and Sheamus with a couple Stunners. Owens delivered another one to Riddle but turned around into the Phenomenal Forearm from AJ for the elimination. Corbin hit Styles with the End of Days but Team RAW broke it up. Corbin hit Sheamus with Deep Six and went for the End of Days again but AJ escaped.

Sheamus hit Jey with a knee to the face and went for the cover but Uso was able to kick out at two. Sheamus clubbed Jey across the chest but Jey battled back with an Enziguri. Otis tagged in and hit Sheamus with a Clothesline. Styles tagged in and Otis hit him with a Belly to Belly Throw.

Braun tagged in and booted Otis to the mat. Otis responded with a massive slam and followed it up with the Caterpillar Elbow. Strowman shrugged it off and hit the Running Powerslam to eliminate Otis. Jey Uso was the final member left for Team SmackDown.

Jey hit Team RAW with a Splash outside the ring. Jey sent Riddle into the steel steps and hit Keith Lee with a Superkick. Back in the ring, Uso sent Braun into the ring post. AJ tagged in and Jey hit him with a Superkick. Jey climbed to the top rope but AJ\'s associate dragged him out of the ring.

Keith Lee tagged in but Jey didn\'t see it. Jey climbed to the top rope but Lee caught him. Lee then planted Jey with the Spirit Bomb for the pinfall victory. Team RAW defeated Team SmackDown 5-0.

Later on the show, Roman Reigns told Jey that they lost because his team didn\'t respect him. Reigns added that Jey doesn\'t have a place at the table if he cannot get people to respect him and told him to get out of the arena.

Street Profits Defeated New Day

RAW Tag Team Champions New Day faced SmackDown Tag Team Champions Street Profits. New Day came down to the ring dressed as characters from Gears of War.

Match Recap: Dawkins shoved Woods to the corner and Kingston tagged in. Ford tagged in and locked up with Kofi in the middle of the ring. Montez kicked Kofi in the midsection and tagged in Angelo Dawkins. Angelo connected with a Splash for a two count.

Montez tagged back in and went for a Moonsault but Kingston got his knees up. New Day leaped on Street Profits outside the ring and took control of the match by isolating Ford in the corner. Woods hit Ford with a Gutbuster as Kofi booted a red solo cup to taunt Street Profits.

Ford escaped but Xavier dropped him with a punch to the ribs. Kingston tagged in and Montez planted him with a DDT. Dawkins and Woods tagged in and Angelo hit Xavier with an elbow to the face. Dawkins hit Woods with a Neckbreaker and went for the cover but Xavier kicked out at two.

Montez and Kofi tagged back in. New Day connected with Midnight Hour but somehow Montez kicked out at two. Dawkins hit Kingston with the Anointment and Ford followed it up with the From the Heavens Frog Splash. Ford couldn\'t go for the cover right away because of his ribs and it allowed Kingston to kick out at two.

Kingston hit Ford with the SOS and Woods leveled Dawkins with a Dropkick. Woods tagged in as Montez hit Kingston with Trouble in Paradise. Woods hit Ford with a Gutbuster but once again Montez was able to kick out at the last moment. Dawkins tagged in and lifted up Woods in the Electric Chair. Street Profits hit Woods with a Blockbuster for the pinfall victory.

Opinion: Street Profits and New Day put on an excellent match tonight. A loss doesn\'t hurt New Day at all but this is a huge win for the Street Profits.

Bobby Lashley Picked Up A Win

Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn faced United States Champion Bobby Lashley tonight. Hurt Business was ringside for the match.

Match Recap: Sami Zayn got out of the ring and got distracted by Shelton Benjamin. Lashley capitalized and hit Sami from behind. Zayn attacked Lashley as he got back into the ring and stomped him to the canvas. Lashley quickly regrouped and launched Sami into the turnbuckle.

Zayn once again rolled out of the ring but Lashley brought him back to the apron by his hair. Sami slammed Lashley\'s neck into the ropes and followed it up with an elbow to the head for a one count. Lashley sent Sami flying across the ring and then planted Zayn with a Neckbreaker.

Sami connected with a boot to the face and went for a Suplex but Lashley countered into a Suplex of his own. Zayn pretended to have Vertigo and rolled up Lashley from behind for a near fall. Zayn rolled out of the ring and MVP started taunting him. Lashley once again capitalized on the distraction and sent Zayn into the barricade.

Zayn sent Lashley into the ring post and rolled back into the ring. Lashley made it into the ring at the last second but Sami sent him right back to the outside. Sami tried to take the pad off the turnbuckle but Alexander & Benjamin stopped him. Zayn went for the Helluva Kick but Lashley countered into a slam.

Sami rolled out of the ring again and started retreating up the entrance ramp. MVP stood in his way and Sami tried to get the referee to disqualify Lashley by tripping over MVP. MVP rolled Zayn back into the ring and Lashley applied the Hurt Lock for the submission victory.

Sasha Banks Defeated Asuka In A Great Match

RAW Women\'s Champion Asuka squared off against SmackDown Women\'s Champion Sasha Banks.

Match Recap: Sasha controlled the match early and applied a Headlock. Asuka broke free and shoved Banks across the ring. Sasha connected with an Arm Drag and went right back to the Headlock. Banks tried to transition into an Arm Bar but Asuka broke free. Sasha then went for the Bank Statement but Asuka blocked that as well.

Banks connected with the Backstabber and for the cover but Asuka kicked out at two. The RAW Women\'s Champion rolled out of the ring and Banks began to taunt her. Sasha mocked Asuka and held open the ropes but Asuka rolled under the bottom rope.

Asuka caught Banks with a kick to the face and followed it up with the Hip Attack that sent Sasha out of the ring. Asuka then held open the ropes for Banks but Sasha declined. Asuka danced around the ring and then applied an Ankle Lock in the middle of the ring.

Asuka connected with a knee to the face for a two count. Banks avoided a Shining Wizard and applied an Arm Bar. Asuka escaped but Sasha locked in an Abdominal Stretch in the middle of the ring. Sasha sent Asuka to the apron but the RAW Women\'s Champion connected with a Hip Attack that sent Banks out of the ring.

Sasha went for a Meteora off the barricade but Asuka countered into Double Knees. Both superstars made it back into the ring at the count of nine. Asuka went for a Hip Attack but Banks dodged it and hit another Backstabber for a near fall. Banks hit Double Knees in the corner and climbed up to the middle rope.

Banks went for a Frog Splash but Asuka got her knees up. Sasha was ready for that and immediately applied the Bank Statement in the middle of the ring. Asuka escaped and hit a Codebreaker for a two count. Asuka and Banks traded roll-ups and then the RAW Women\'s Champion hit a boot to the face. Sasha then rolled up Asuka for the pinfall victory.

Lana & Team RAW Picked Up Another Win

Team RAW (Nia Jax, Shayna Baszler, Lacey Evans, Peyton Royce, Lana) faced Team SmackDown (Bayley, Bianca Belair, Ruby Riott, Liv Morgan, Natalya) in a Survivor Series elimination match.

Match Recap: Lacey Evans and Bayley started off the match. Bayley brought Lacey to the corner and tagged in Natalya. Evans and Natalya traded punches and then Natalya connected with a Dropkick for a two count. Peyton Royce tagged in and Natalya rolled her up for a two count.

Bianca Belair tagged in and planted Royce with a Suplex. Belair followed it up with a Moonsault for a near fall. Liv Morgan tagged in and both superstars connected with a Clothesline at the same time. Ruby Riott and Shayna Baszler tagged in and Shayna hit a Backbreaker. Baszler followed it up with several kicks until Ruby rolled her up for a one count.

Ruby knocked Baszler to the corner and Nia Jax tagged in. Bayley tagged in as Team SmackDown beat Nia down in the corner. Liv tagged in and went for a Sleeper but Nia slammed her to the canvas. Lana tagged herself in and booted Liv in the face. Natalya tagged in as Team RAW pleaded for Lana to tag out of the match.

Natalya hit a shoulder tackle but Lana battled back and sent Natalya to the corner of the ring. Lana booted Natalya in the face for a near fall. Nia Jax tagged in and demanded that Lana stand on the steps. Peyton then tagged in as Lana looked like she was about to cry. Bayley tagged in and beat Peyton Royce down.

Bayley slammed Royce\'s face into the top turnbuckle and stomped her to the mat. Bayley connected with a Suplex for a two count. Belair tagged in and bounced Peyton\'s face off the turnbuckle. Bayley tagged back in and hit Peyton with an Elbow Drop but Evans broke up the cover.

Bayley climbed up to the top rope but Peyon caught her with a kick to the face as the two teams brawled outside the ring. Peyton then Suplerplexed Bayley onto everyone outside the ring as Lana looked on from the steel steps. Back in the ring, Peyton planted Bayley with Deja Vu for the pinfall elimination.

Royce locked in a Half Crab on Natalya in the middle of the ring. Natalya broke free and applied the Sharpshooter on Peyton Royce for the submission elimination. Lacey hit Natalya with a Clothesline and went for a Moonsault but Natalya got out of the way. Shayna distracted Natalya and Lacey hit the Woman\'s Right to eliminate Natalya.

Belair slammed Evans to the mat and made her way to the top rope. Shayna once again provided a distration and Lacey capitalized with a punch. Lacey then hit Bianca with a Spanish Fly off the top rope and went for the cover but the Riott Squad broke it up at two.

Nia and Ruby tagged in and Jax shoved Riott to the mat. Liv tagged in and went for a Sleeper but Nia shoved her off. Ruby and Liv took turns stomping on Jax in the corner of the ring. Shayna tagged in and slammed Riott into the turnbuckle. Shayna followed it up with a Shining Wizard but Riott was able to kick out at two. Baszler locked in the Kirifuda Clutch but Ruby countered into a roll-up. The referee didn\'t see it and Baszler kept the hold maintained and Riott passed out for the elimination.

Liv and Lacey then battled in the ring. Liv hit a Dropkick and followed it up with a Crucifix Bomb for the pinfall elimation of Lacey Evans. Nia and Liv traded punches and Morgan knocked Shayna off the apron. Morgan connected with a DDT and followed it up with an Enziguri. Nia shrugged it off and hit the Samoan Drop for the pinfall elimination.

Bianca Belair was the final member of Team SmackDown left and hit Jax with a Dropkick. Belair went for a Splash but Nia got her knees up. Jax followed it up with a Powerslam and then a Leg Drop for a near fall. Nia climbed up to the middle turnbuckle but Bianca sent her out of the ring with a Dropkick.

Shayna tagged in and applied the Kirifuda Clutch in the middle of the ring. Belair refused to submit and powered to her feet with Shayna still on her back. Bianca made it to the ropes but Baszler didn\'t break the hold and was disqualified. Belair was knocked out and Nia cleared off the announce table.

Nia went for the Samoan Drop but Bianca escaped and sent Jax into the steel steps. Belair then sent Nia Jax over the barricade but both superstars were counted out. Lana was the sole survivor and won the match for Team RAW.

Jey Uso Helped Roman Reigns Overcome Drew McIntyre

Universal Champion Roman Reigns battled WWE Champion Drew McIntyre in the main event. Paul Heyman accompanied Reigns to the ring.

Match Recap: Reigns and McIntyre circled each other and then locked up in the middle of the ring. Roman applied a Headlock and took Drew down to the mat. McIntyre countered into a Headlock of his own and brought Reigns to the canvas.

Roman broke free but McIntyre caught him with a shoulder tackle. Reigns hit an elbow to the face but Drew responded with another shoulder tackle that knocked Reigns out of the ring. Roman regrouped and took his time getting back into the ring.

McIntyre unloaded right hands to Reigns\' face in the corner but Roman battled back and sent Drew to the apron. Reigns drove McIntyre into the ring post and the WWE Champion fell to the floor outside the ring.

Reigns slammed McIntyre into the steel steps and rolled him back into the ring. Roman went back to the Headlock but McIntyre refused to quit. Drew battled to his feet but Reigns connected with a Suplex for a near fall.

Roman hit a massive Clothesline and went for the cover but the WWE Champion powered out at two. McIntyre exploded out of the corner with a Clothesline of his own and then launched Roman across the ring. Drew hit a Neckbreaker and geared up in the corner.

Drew went for the Future Shock DDT but Roman escaped and sent McIntyre to the corner. Reigns connected with a Samoan Drop and went for the cover but McIntyre kicked out at two. Roman went for the Superman Punch but McIntyre countered into a Spinebuster for a near fall.

The action spilled out of the ring and McIntyre sent Reigns into the steel steps. Back in the ring, Reigns hit an uppercut and referred to McIntyre as #2. McIntyre hit Glasgow Kiss and followed it up with the Future Shock DDT for a two count. Drew went for the Claymore but Roman countered with a Superman Punch.

Drew shrugged it off and launched Roman across the ring. Reigns sent McIntyre\'s shoulder into the ring post and the WWE Champion collapsed to the canvas. Roman went for a Spear but McIntyre countered into a Kimura Lock in the middle of the ring. Roman battled through the pain and reached the bottom rope to break the hold.

Roman rolled out of the ring and Drew chased after him. Reigns capitalized and slammed Drew on top of the announce table but it did not break. Reigns hit him with a Samoan Drop that sent McIntyre crashing through the announce table. Roman followed it up with a Spear through the barricade and rolled McIntyre back into the ring.

Reigns went for the cover but somehow McIntyre was able to kick out at the last moment. Reigns went for a Spear but McIntyre countered with a boot to the face. Roman bounced off the ropes and leveled McIntyre with a Spear but somehow the WWE Champion was able to kick out at two.

Roman geared up in the corner and shouted at Samoa Joe \"you have seen this before!\". Reigns went for a Spear but McIntyre countered with the Claymore. Reigns went flying back and crashed into the referee. Jey Uso rushed the ring but McIntyre greeted him with a punch to the face. Roman then hit McIntyre with a low blow and Jey hit Drew with a Superkick. Reigns hit the Superman Punch and applied the Guillotine Choke. Another referee ran to the ring and called for the bell as McIntyre was passed out.

After the match, Reigns and Heyman slowly walked towards Jey Uso on the entrance ramp. Reigns gave Jey a hug and raised the Universal Championship.

Opinion: This match got off to a slow start but wound up being excellent. I had very high expectations for this match and it absolutely delivered. I knew there was going to be a screwy finish but it fit within the storyline and McIntyre still looked great in this match. Overall, Survivor Series was a very good PPV with several great matches.

The Undertaker Said Goodbye

Shane McMahon, Big Show, JBL, Jeff Hardy, Mick Foley, The Godfather, The Godwins, Savio Vega, Rikishi, Kevin Nash, Booker T, Shawn Michaels, Ric Flair, Triple H, and Kane (in full gear) came to the ring to say goodbye to The Undertaker and celebrate his 30-year career.

Vince McMahon was then alone in the ring after a video package of The Undertaker aired. Vince said that The Undertaker has endured over three decades and entertained a global audience. Mr. McMahon said that \"they say nothing lasts forever but they are wrong because the legacy of The Undertaker will live on for eternity\". Vince then introduced The Undertaker.

The Undertaker then came down to the ring as \"Undertaker!\" chants were played in the ThunderDome. Undertaker said that for thirty long years he has made that slow walk to the ring and have laid people to rest. Undertaker said that now his time has come as \"thank you Taker!\" chants were played. Undertaker stated that his time has come to let The Undertaker rest in peace. The Undertaker then posed in the ring as audio of Paul Bearer saying \"oh yes\" was played. The Undertaker exited the ring and raised his fist on the entrance one last time to end the show.
