The AEW Continental Classic
The AEW Continental Classic sees two divisions compete in round-robin rules, meaning everyone from each division faces one another in singles action. Like most soccer leagues, winners obtain three points per match and matches ending in a draw see one point given to each participant.
The tournament will be held until Contential Rules, which include:
- Matches will have a twenty-minute time limit.
- No other wrestlers are allowed at ringside.
- Outside interference is prohibited under the threat of a one-point deduction.
The winners of the two divisions will face off in the finals. The winner of that match will become the AEW Continental Champion. As the current champion, Kazcuhika Okada was automatically eligible for the tournament.
