Chris Jericho may have retained his ROH World Championship at ROH Final Battle, but the champ didn\’t have much time to celebrate. At Ring of Honor\’s latest pay-per-view, Jericho arrived in style to the match, walking out with dancing women to Frank Sinatra\’s New York, New York.

The match saw both men trade control, with Big Bill distracting the referee during a pin attempt by Cardona that should have sealed him the win. With the official occupied, Bryan Keith struck Cardona with the title, allowing for Jericho to get the win and retain.

After the match, The Learning Tree continued their assault on Cardona, until the returning Bandido made the save, the culmination of recent vignettes teasing his return. Bandido suffered a wrist injury in June 2023 and after undergoing surgery in July 2023, underwent a second surgery in December 2023.
