Former World Champion Backstage At Fastlane
Former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Christian is backstage at the Fastlane pay-per-view event from the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio, according to Pwinsider.com.
As of this writing, there’s no word yet as to why he’s at the show. It’s possible that he’s filming something for the company for their streaming service, WWE Network, or perhaps a DVD.
Christian hasn’t been seen on WWE television since the RAW 25 Anniversary episode back in January 2018 when he hosted The Peep Show with special guests Jason Jordan and Seth Rollins. However, it was later interrupted by The Bar (Cesaro and Sheamus).
WWE Stars Mock The Shield
The Shield is slated to reunite at Fastlane as Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, and Dean Ambrose join forces once again in order to take on Drew McIntyre, Bobby Lashley, and Baron Corbin in a six-man tag team match.
WWE sent out this video on their Instagram account of the heels mocking The Shield’s “sierra hotel india echo lima delta” phrase and fist bump, which you can see here:
