Bloodline member Jacob Fatu is no longer wearing a boot on his foot, a positive indication that he\'s one \'step\' closer to getting back in the ring. At Wednesday\'s WWE live event from Stuttgart, Germany, the Samoan Werewolf was boot-free as he accompanied Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa to the ring for their match:
Jacob Fatu has been out of action since the August 2, 2024 edition of WWE SmackDown, when he and Tama Tonga captured the WWE Tag team championships from Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa. What looked to be the start of a fearsome title reign came to a screeching halt at SummerSlam, when Fatu was injured during a top-rope dive onto Cody Rhodes, who was laid-out on announcers\' table at ringside.
Due to Fatu\'s inability to compete, Tonga Loa replaced him as Tama Tonga\'s partner, in an effort to keep the gold in The Bloodline. He\'s now one step closer to getting medically cleared, which should make Cody Rhodes and others very uneasy.
